I live in olney/ Rockville MD! Would love to have a support group or find one as I am struggling! Had surgery March 29th.. Gained 10 pounds after surgery and finally losing again.. So would love a support group!

Hello sleevers! I'm starting to experience excruciating lower back pain anytime I sit for long periods of time and try to get up or lie down and get up! It's painful to the point where I am in tears! I am 14 days post op today. Slow weight loss about 7 pounds from my surgery weight. I must admit that I don't always get my Water and Protein requirements in.. Anybody else experience this? I'm going to make a conscious effort to get the min protein and water in.

I actually did the 10 day reboot after watching fat sick and nearly dead! It was great! Lost 20 pounds!! I felt awesome and kept it up for awhile.. Then the weight slowly started to creep back on.. That's the thing any program works it's the maintenance and the sticking with it that's been the problem with me! I do have a Breville and definitely plan on picking juicing back up a little later on.

I know it's soo easy to say 'just quit' but as an ex smoker myself it's just soo hard to do. I quit exactly 11 days before my surgery. Surgery was 3 days ago.. So I am fairly new to this.. Don't plan in picking them up ever again...I just said I really wanted to be healthy period..I have ( had) three addictions: food, cigs and wine! Have always wanted to have some control but could never do it! The surgeon said no smoking for 14 days prior.. I didn't quite make 14 days but at day 11 I was like ok that's it! It must be done! I would never forgive myself if I went through all of this and mess around and have something happened during surgery cause I couldn't put those things down.. Anyway long story short you have a choice.. Choose health over something that I found gave me more pleasure at all when I thought about it..Just a big illusion.. In fact smoking made me more nervous and anxious.. It's just no way to live! Anyway message me if you want to talk.. I know what u are going through!

I am also headed to Mexico tomorrow actually! Surgery is tomorrow! I went with Dr Fernando Garcia... 4300 dollars plus airfare... Can't beat it! I have done my research and he is a very reputable doctor. I went through a company called ready4achange.com

Hello all! First time posting on this thread! Glad I found ya'll! My surgery is this Saturday with Dr Garcia in Mexico! I can't help but to be super nervous about going through with this! I have read such wonderful stories on here though so maybe it won't be that bad... I'm 5'9 with a SW of 262. I will keep you all posted on my journey!
