  8. 237lb...down 1.5lbs from last week. Been hovering around this area for a while. Hopefully when I start going to the gym next week the scale will start moving.

  11. I just joined a gym and plan on using resistance machines to work out and tone. You mentioned you "do not have a large amount to lose" are you speaking of excess skin? I ask because for me losing 100lbs was drastic enough for me to be sleeved. It amounted to a large amount in my mind. I've lost 78lbs and counting. I couldn't imagine being sleeved for any other reason! Lol
  12. You can so do this! The recovery time for my sleeve went well (12/19/13) I felt really good after about 3 weeks. I'm a little over 4months out and joined a gym! I do way more activities with my kids now too. You got this girl! Good luck!
  13. DR. Chock was fabulous! I love NWWLS and Leigh had been so helpful with all the billings too.
  14. I had my sleeve done in 12/2013 I lived in Mukilteo. Recently moved to DC though. I went to NWWLS and it was wonderful! Wishing you luck.
  15. Totally forgot to weigh in 237 as of 4/30
  16. I've been shedding and have started using a shampoo called CLEAR. I also make sure to take my multivitamin it seems to have slowed the hair from shedding so much. I've also heard biotin works.
  17. Hilarious! I always get "noisy" if I over eat.
  18. Thank you guys for sharing your photos! I'm 4 months out and it really helps to see folks have such success. I've still got some lbs to lose but I'm headed in the right direction.
  19. Hello everyone just wanted to post some photos of clothing I will be placing on the Facebook page today. I'm thinking about opening it to the public do we get more ladies to swap.
  20. Going through my closet this weekend!
  21. Haha cracking up! Thanks for the giggles this morning!
  22. I'm in! SW: 239.5 GE: 234.5 This should get me moving!
  23. Great question! I'm three months out and had the same one! I'm at around 800-1000 calories depending on my workout schedule. Feel free to add me too, the more the merrier! Junebugyoyo
