Me too nona, I love Dr. Garcia and ready4achange.com. Gammy, the reason my surgery was more expensive than nona's was due to my BMI, which was 53-54. Good luck nona, have a safe journey.

I am getting so discouraged. I am mentally and physically exhausted from being overweight. My insurance company has an exclusion clause, so I must pay for my surgery. My dilemma is finding a hospital with financing. I am in the Atlanta area, and I have found a couple of very reputable doctors who have financing available, but the hospital does not. That means, I must come up with $10,000 for the hospital before I can have the surgery, and that is just an impossibility.
Has anyone else had this issue? Suggestions? I just feel so trapped in this body....
