  11. this journey was not easy but it was worth it. 2 years and I'm still learning. Your body speaks to you !! Listen to it. There have been days where I wanted to give up. But u have to keep pushing.
  12. love it took almost a year which is pretty good. I am still not at my goal weight however if I do not lose another pound I do not care
  13. I am 2 years post opp starting weight was 318 I am now 185.
  14. Honestly, I worked out and waist trained because as a woman it helped define a shape. As far as my or mistake everything is a learning process so I don't call anything a mistake I call it a learning experience. The only thing I wish I never done was taking the heartburn medication because it gave me heartburn. With everything that I eAt.

  18. I'm in the same shoes you were in 1 year ago. I am currently 330. I have pre op surgery appointment on March 20th and am posting I can schedule my appointment that day. My surgeon requires a 2 week liquid diet before surgery. How tall are you if you don't mind my asking. Im 5'3". Thank you. You look amazing! Great work! Keep it up girl!   20. hey everyone today I hit 100 lbs. I am so happy. I was 330llbs. Date of surgery I was 318 lbs. Today I currently weight 218. THIS IS AMAZING I CHANGED MY LIFE ON JUNE 11, 2013. I won't change a thing. It's never easy but I have accomplished a lot. It's get tough but don't give up!!!
