  15. I am also a member of the senior club at 65. However I don't care how hard it gets I will continue to fight for my health. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! There has got to me some exercise you can do, just keep moving. Do whatever you are able to do. God bless you. We are all here to keep you encouraged...
  16. Yes I just noticed the same thing. I am only 21 days post op. I lost 20 pounds in 20 days but the last couple of days I'm up fluctuating 3 pounds. What should I do?
  17. Thank you everyone, post op about 21 days, down 20 lbs in 20 days, size 20 down to 16. No real pain after surgery. I can't believe how painless surgery was. I was unable to get the bypass surgery due to my blood pressure being very unstable. So I had the sleeve done. But I went from taking 18 Medications per day down to Only 1 med plus vitamins. B/S 84-104 off all Diabetic meds. TO GOD BE THE GLORY! Just trying to learn how to eat and just starting my exercise program today. Slowly but surly! God bless each of you...
  18. Hi Jenifer575 You look beautiful, great job. I am only 21 days post op, I lost 20 lbs in 20 days but for the last 4 days I'm at a standstill. Should I be reaching a plateau so soon. I had to travel a week after surgery, so my schedule is screwed up, but I only messed up one day while I was stuck in the airport and couldn't find the right food. I'm home now and just starting my exercise program today. Do you think I need to start over from scratch and do the clear liquids to get back into ketosis. Or just get back on track and exercise? Feeling like I savatauged myself.
