  1. I am five weeks out and don't get hungry at all. But after a length of time without eating, my body tells me it needs food. It still growls and makes crazy noises when I drink or eat but I think that's contributed to gas still, I'm still taking gasX almost everyday and it helps!
  2. You look amazing....I love the pic with the cute dress....H.O.T!
  3. Usually a butt lift consists of lipo fat taken from another part of ur body, so I would wait until you get down to the size you want and then go for it. Plus you might still have a nice booty when your done!
  4. I also have stalled for the past 9 days from weeks 3to4 I'm just gonna continue what I'm doing and I'm sure it'll start coming off again. Don't feel discouraged, I have read where so many have stalls and then it starts coming off again!
  5. You look great, you can definitely tell you've lost weight!
  6. I too have stalled from week 3-4, I am praying that it starts up again soon. I've heard others say if you don't get in enough calories also, like around 700-900 a day that our bodies will think there starving and just hold onto the weight. So we need to look at protein and calorie intake when we eat and of course our water!
  7. You look AMAZING, I hope I can lose that much
  8. I use to love everything warm except my drinks but now after my surgery I crave everything I've cold....I to have eaten so many popsicles, ice all day ect. My taste buds have changed drastically too, stuff I loved before surgery tastes like crap now. I can also smell things from a mile away too since surgery.....ok maybe not a mile but I can smell EVERYTHING, good and bad! Just go with what works for you, we're all different!
  9. I also had a 35 bmi and I am down 36 lbs in 4 weeks. I also have immune disorders. I won't lie the beginning was a little rough for me and I wondered if this was the right decision but after about two weeks out I am super glad I did! Everyday gets better.....it's a complete life change ????
  10. Thanks for the info gals, it seems like everyone is different but I can expect hair loss no matter what I try or do. I guess it is worth the trade off though! I've just seen many people who have had the surgery and there hair is so so thin, I just pray that doesn't happen to me!
  11. At two weeks out I could eat about 2 tsp I am now four weeks out and now I eat about 4tsp that takes about 20 min to do. My dr told me he was able to make my sleeve very small because my stomach was very thin and soft but overtime it my stretch a little which I wouldn't mind because now it takes me forever to get my liquids in and food! I just hope it doesn't very much. I'm sure your still eating a fraction of what u ate before and if you make good choices like it sounds you'll lose the weight you want!
  12. I'm only a month out and know some people lose there hair, which I'm terrified of happening to me. I have really long thick hair and the thought of having to cut it off makes me sad and my husband, but I really don't wanna walk around with scraggly hair all thin either. If anyone has lost there hair was it a lot? Did the thinning process last very long?
  13. You all look fabulous...congrats!!
  14. Your right no one else is in our shoes. A lot of my family did the same thing.....my siblings are much bigger than I was and were totally negative about me getting the surgery, but why would I want to wait......to get bigger or more unhealthy?! No thanks, I did what I felt was best for me! My husband and son's have been my greatest supporters. Surround yourself with positive people and as far as people on here judging...no one should...point blank!
  15. You look beautiful, amazing job!
  16. You look fabulous, congrats on your amazing weightloss
  17. You look great, how awesome you must feel! Great looking family with a pretty mama
  18. I totally got the same thing too and regretted the surgery the first week or two. When everyone tells you it gets easier there telling the truth. I'm almost four weeks out and I feel amazing compared to the first couple weeks. If you can swallow pills I used the extra strength gas pills, the gas strips are good but half the meds as you can get in the pills. I'm still taking them daily because of the gas, but they help! Walking every hour for 15 min will help too! Good luck girl, feeling better is right around the corner!
  19. You look amazing....congratulations, I can't wait until I'm there!
  20. You look awesome, really what a accomplishment!
