3 wks post op...stall

So I know its common around week three to hit this stall but its just discouraging! I actually gained a lb since my weigh in last week :( any advice would be helpful! I'm getting in my protein around 50-60 g a day and 64+ oz of fluid! I eat three times a day so I'm thinkimg maybe 4 meals will help?

I am right there with you..don't know what to do..I have talked with a lot of people who have already gone through this..all they say is keep doing what your doing and the weight will come off again soon...grrrr... I eat about 500 calories a day..I should be melting away.. :)

I too have stalled from week 3-4, I am praying that it starts up again soon. I've heard others say if you don't get in enough calories also, like around 700-900 a day that our bodies will think there starving and just hold onto the weight. So we need to look at protein and calorie intake when we eat and of course our water!

I'm almost 4 mos post op and it's true, just keep doing what your doing and it will start dropping off again in a week or two. I thought I was doing something wrong and had wasted our money and time when I had my first stall. I finally told the little "devil" sitting on my shoulder to get lost! No one invited self pity party to this engagement and this was MY Weight Loss Journey! It took about two weeks but I started losing again and the first week I lost almost 4 lbs which more than made up for the two week stall I encountered.

Keep the faith and stay the path!!!
