  1. Your doctors an ass Your numbers seem great to me!
  2. I'm 7 weeks post op and have never thrown up or been nauseous, not even in the hospital.
  3. Congrats! That's awesome I'm only 7 weeks post op, but I know I'll need a tummy tuck after my 2 csections. How is the recovery??
  4. That's what I'm planning o. Doing, since ill be up and out already, I can't make any excuses!
  5. I'm being honest.. I haven't started working out at all, barely even going for walks. My energy level is horrible, and being a stay at home mom of 2 young boys (4 and 15 months) I'm freakin exhausted! I'm 7 weeks out and 37lbs down since surgery, 47 since pre op diet. I'm sure I'd lose faster if I worked out. My oldest is starting school in 2 weeks, so I'm going to get a gym membership and go while he's at school.
  6. I WISH my sleeve reacted like that, because now you know not to eat it anymore! My sleeve can handle anything, including sweets, so I'm relying just on self control!
  7. I agree. I'm down 47lbs in2 months. Never would have done it before.
  8. Liquids are more important than protein right now, so concentrate on staying hydrated
  9. Warm tea, broth, room temp crystal light, Gatorade, ice pops, watered down juice,.
  10. Thanks all! I just logged everything on MFP and didn't do so bad. Still at 700 calories for the day. A little high on carbs, about 50g, but I'll go for a walk later.
  11. It more just makes me nervous that I'm able to eat those things! So many people say pasta or whatever makes them violently ill or bloated, but not me!
  12. This was the first time I've tried carbs. And I hope to not have them For a while longer. It's just scary know I COULD eat them
  13. I seem to have the sleeve of steel! I'm 7 weeks out and have tolerated everything, I have never vomited, and haven't been nauseous since 1 week post op. I've been released to all foods, but I'm told its better to stay away from bread/rice/pasta until I'm closer to goal. Well, I had a few bites of leftover baked ziti for lunch, maybe 1/4 cup. It sat fine! No bloating, no fullness, nothing! I almost wish that it made me vomit. I hate knowing that I'm relying purely on self control! I know I should thank my lucky stars that I'm having such an easy time with food and Fluid, but I don't always feel so lucky! I guess this is more of a vent? Thanks for listening/reading!
  14. I'm almost 7 weeks out now, but I stalled at 2 weeks and it lasted almost 3 weeks!then all of a sudden I dropped 5lbs over night! As long as your doing what your supposed to, you'll lose the weight.

  16. Sleeved July 3 Starting weight- 299 Surgery day weight- 289 Current weight- 252.6 Wool!
  17. I usually stay under 20, but I've gone as high as 60 on rare occasion.
  18. I did a lot of omelettes, meatballs, meatloaf, chicken salad, egg salad, I don't like tuna but you could do tuna salad. I did lots of cheeses and deli meats, chili, chicken from the crock pot and chew chew chew. The PA told me that I could get a little experimental as long as I chew food into a paste
  19. Very well! I'm 6.5 weeks out and 47lbs down (37 since surgery). I'm on regular food.
