  1. I'm not really much help, I just started this process, but I know how you feel. I had a planned csection and my anxiety going up to it was so horrible I almost put myself into labor. I was shaking, and crying, and a few nurses ha to try and calm me. But remember to keep your eye on the prize. For me, it was my son , but for you it's the beginning of a beautiful, healthy life with a new body to match . As long as you keep your sights on the results, you can push through it. It will be more then worth it when 6 months down the line you look at how amazing you look/feel.
  2. Catheter is nothing! I had one for both of my csections. Not painful at all
  3. Is the pain like a bruised feeling? Or like nausea?
  4. Thank you. I did call my insurance company. They said no spacific requirements, they do it on case by case as long as the doctor says its medically necessary. I just didn't know if by "doctor standards" it was necessary if the o ly thing wrong is my actual weight.
  5. So my consultation apt is coming up on Monday. I have also already scheduled all of my other necessary apts and testing over the next week and a half to get it done fast. I guess what my question is, is that I have no medical issues. BP, sugar, heart, lungs.. Everything is fine. However, I'm 5'3 and 278lbs which puts my bmi around 48. So can they approve my surgery based solely on my bmi? Or does there have to be another issue. Thanks in advance!
