  1. hello all, i was banded the 11th and i am feeling pretty good today. i had a doctors appointment today and she said all is well. i have hardly any brusing i am suprised. i return to work on friday. i took the two weeks. i am on full liquids right now the cream soup is a good thing. i can start mushies on saturday. scrambled eggs here i come.... i was bad my husband made himself bacon and i took a small piece and just kept it in my mouth but i did spit it out. but the flavor was good. i'll try and behave. you all have a great day.
  2. hello, my dr said 64 oz also broth counts, jello anything that turns to liquid in stomach counts
  3. that is a good question. i have a doctors appt on tues and i am going to ask. yesterday i went to the gym and rode the bike for 15 min. i didn't feel to bad.i'll let ya know what the doc says
  4. yes i do burp alot more. and the stomache growling is so loud.
  5. hang in there saleel, i was banded 1 week ago today and every day i am feeling much better. you will too. rest and sip.
  6. nich chik, last nigh i went and got some wonton soup. it was excellent thanks for the suggestion. it has more flavor than chicken broth. and they only charged me a dollar for a quart .
  7. how about some jello or a popcicle with that chicken broth. i am also on clear liquids this week. hang in there it will get better.

  10. i am trying to find a before picture. i can only find one in my underwear and you don't want to see that. i'll keep looking
  11. yes i agree, stick with it. it makes it easier after. i am on liquids for two weeks after surgery, so i was already for it. i lost 26 pounds per op. and it will never come back. hang in there..
