I just found out today that I was approved for surgery January 30th!

I need a Buddy, is anyone getting banded that day that wants to keep in touch?:confused:

PortuguesePrincess(Stephanie) and Amberwaves(Amber) are being banded the same day as you.

I have jumped through hoops and hoops and am waiting on the letter from insurance to let me know if I can go ahead this month now. I PRAY it comes tomorrow. I want to get this done. When I get a date maybe I can join you gals and be your partners!!

I am going to dr. on 2/1/08....get to schedule for sugery then....will let you know when I get to begin my journey....
