Good Evening Gang.. Linda - Debbie and I wanted BBQ yesterday -- good stuff - but we don't have any place that sells it -- so I just came home and made ck cathorrie (sp) lol . That's too many kids under 5 for me LOL ... Karri - Cream of Bean soup... have you made that has your pt and taste good too.. Candice couldn't eat veggies till she came to my house - since I cook them super well done - she could eat them - but hell take the not being hungry - have you tired sugar since your surgery - do you get the dumping from it.. Good Morning Peeps.. Had fun at concert - got home around midnite we visited till about 1:30 - Napped and watched t v and crocheted yesterday.. Felt good to get caught up on my sleep. Good Morning Gang Had a busy day yesterday - boot camp in the a.m. - came home - washed out the garage while Andrew was cleaning house - shower dressed - went to marshalls and target - come home was pooped - made dinner at 5 fish veggie rice - then had sf ice cream cone -and was in bed at nine - have hair appt this morning - maybe a little shopping then concert tontie. I don't allow crap in my house - if it's not there it can't be eaten - I'm almost 4 yrs out and if there was a choc cake in the kitchen I would eat it - would you leave a bottle of booze in the kicthen if you were an alcohlic - nope - so don't keep crap in the house - and if it is in my house (after company comes) I throw it a way - better in thee (trash) than in me...

What are you eating - are you logging your food - give me a typical days food (tell the truth) are you exercising - Losing weight is all about calorie in vs calories burned. It's better to be on the loser side than the tighter side - Our bands are only tools the major work is up to you - You gotta eat healthy foods - you gotta watch the sugar - white starches - alway eat pt first - then veggies..

Good Evening Gang Well got the house vacuumed - candles all lit - house clean enough and smells good - got dressed went to walmart on Montery to see if they had my yarn I need amount 15 more - they had 5 - gf got me 2 from the LQ walmart - so need another 8 more to finish blanket.. Got a cute dresses - think I will wear it to the Earth Wind & Fire Concert next weekend - it's really a bathing suit cover up I think - but maybe not - navy & white strips - got some paints & brushes (picture painting not house ;0) - then went to Ulta (like a sephora - went hog wild there - you know me the makeup whore ;0) - then stopped and got chineese for dinner (shrimp & veggies and mongolian beef (2 half orders) won't eat the rice - and got this great sf ralphs brand ice cream.. Now drinking coffee so I don't go to sleep ;0) - think I may go to pilo tomorrow - Phyl - Hugs on being sick !!!! WTG on your food.. The Walmart on Monteray is set up so diff than the La Quinta one ;0).. Well this coffee isn't working or maybe my eyes are tired.. Sweet dreams - will ck in tomorrow xoxox J

Good Morning Peeps Had boot camp at 8 - I was pooped yesterday.. Karla - Boys are so much easier to diaper - since boys don't have cookie (my niece's saying for the vajj) it's easier - the only thing is if they get curicumsize which they did back in the day but now welfare won't pay for it - Joseph was curcumsized Andrew isn't and all you gotta do then is push the skin back and clean - but poop doesn't go there either - I perfer boys to girls as far as raising - I think they are easier - I had my niece (same age as Joseph) who I would dress up an play with her hair - then Kaitlin & Brooke and have had 4 step DD's so I have had my share of girls - the thing is if she were having a girl then all you would see is cute boy clothes - and when it's a boy you see all these cute girl clothes - it's just like when you are a 18 you see cute 10's but when you are a 10 you can't find shit LOL As far a DD's bf kid - that has a lot to do with his mom too and how he was raised - it's not all the bf's fault - Temperment etc ya can come from him but also it can be just to lack of displine and maybe adhd. Who knows - quit thinking the worse - this child is a blessing and it will have love - you will be their to help guide the way. Phyl - Hugs on the doc issues - If they can't find a vein after a couple trys tell them to get someone else - I do - but truly now a days my veins show and are easy to get - less body fat covering them up is what Idrise said.. Echo isn't bad they just hook you up with patches - no biggie it won't be as hard as the other test. Linda - Since you have a dh - that's his job LOL I'm old school - trash and yard man's work - the rest mine - but since I don't have a dh - it's all up to me - I hate taking out the trash - that was Joseph's & Andrews - Once Joesph got old enought he did the yard - I did it sometimes - but then when he left and i got to a certain age (like in my late 30-40) I got a gardner as it would take one whole Sat to mow the front & back and clean up - my old house had a big yard.. Good Morning Peeps Sorry been MIA - Kids got here at 4 a.m Sat morn - boot camp at 8 came home made breakfast - both Joseph's eyes were swollen - rash on belly - so instead of driving to El Centro - we went to ugrent care - dermities ?? He got steriods - antibotics - creams - got home around 3ish - cooked dinner - When I got home Kaitlin & her gf where in my bathroom getting pretty for what I don't know - but it was bugging me they just took over my bath room (i am so glad I had boys they don't get in your stuff) so I ended up kicking them out - then Had to tell her how come you didn't take out trash or make the couches back up after they had slept there - My house was clean friday nite (andrew came during the day) - now it's a mess - I love my kids - but hell I just saw them 2 weeks ago.. They are leaving around 4 I think today.. Karla - gald you got some sun.. Good Evening Gang.. Karla - some days you are just hungry - I ate a grill cheese for lunch - I don't need a fill (rye bread - havarti cheese) I was full - but I ate it w/no problem.. Now that you can get out and walk that's going to help - No saying you don't need a fill - but be very careful cuz it seems like the last 2 had to be removed - also - DON'T BUY THE CRAP !!! That's where you have to exercise your control - if it's not in the house you can't eat it.. That's what I do - I exercise control in the grocery store so I don't have to rely on will power when I am home - cuz at home i have NONE... Anyway - figured they would be here around 10ish - got call @ 5 that they weren't comming cuz guy who was going to help drive (joseph doesn't have a license) flaked and they are going to rent car to go back home and Kaitlin can't drive a rent a car - so this is after I spent $150 at the store for weekend food for them - food I don't eat - so then I was pissed - well then they call - I guess when Melissa gets off work at 7ish they will hit the road - so that means they wont be here till 2 a.m ish ... I have boot camp at 8 a.m. OMG - I hate this kind of crap - plus I am babysitting Andrews dog till he gets off work - poor thing has to stay outside cuz she and the cat aren't freinds lol... So she got some ck w/her dog food tonite ;0).. Well that' s about it for me All our schools are talking lay offs - police (riverside county sheriff - including our whole county) is talking about having to lay off 500 pple.. I really don't understand why now that when things are suppose to be looking up - there are more lay offs.. I guess it's all about the pension ?? Calpers that these pple are getting - got email from boss today saying that there are alot of pple in calpers getting $100k plus a year in their pension $12000 a month retirement - these are higher ups - but omg they are collecting the bucks - where as I will get like $1700 a month from SS when I'm 62 or maybe 65..

Well back from the gym - had a good work out - feeling really good.. Have boot camp on Saturday - have broc steaming - dogs feed - waiting for Idol.. Food today - BF - PT cookie ;0) 160 cal 15 grms pt snack popcorn - lunch green salad avocado onion yogurt dressing and turkey - dinner - fish - broc - dessert ??? I think black cherry greek yogurt - almonds & oj ;0)

Like it - It's only a tool and I think that has to be stressed -
