Good Morning Peeps It's FF - got bed stripped - sheets washed & in dryer - go for massage at 10 - then a/c gets serviced between 2/4 - but it's not like we need it - it's going to be 65 today - 67 tomorrow - last week in the 90's - got house vacuumed and mopped.. Karla you aren't caving - she's your DD - it's your grandbaby - hell my dad wasn't happy when I came home at 16 saying I was pg and by a black guy on top of that.. They stilled loved me and took care of me - My stepmom took me to get clothes and I made some too.. You don't like veggies - I love veggies in fact last night dinner was just veggies - didn't feel like meat - just had squash - going to have to make sure I get my pt today.. Karri - I'm sure glad you are going to be able to work this out !! IMHO bypass may be good for you - you will get sick if you try and eat sugar - which I know is a down fall for you ;0) - be sure to take extra vitimans !!!! Good Morning Peeps Today is my Friday - tomorrow my furlough day !! Going for massage at 10 - need to call a/c pple and schedule servicing for a/c.. Started project -but had to rip alot out - made it too big - I make up my own pattern and so now sorta have to start over - hope I have enough yarn.. Listend to idol - (was crocheting) dinner and bed food - bf jerkey - lunch ck fajata meat beans rice - dinner fish veggies - snack - sf ice cream have gym tonite - legs Candice whats the word on Linda - Tell Mel we are sending prayers hugs & love

Karla BF is hard - I'm not the best bf eater - I eat something but it's not always bf ;0) today Jerky - some idea's , Deli meats & slice of cheese - yogurt - w/fruit or granola or by itself - I use both eggs & eggbeaters (lower in caloires) but since I don't eat bf till like 9ish - I can't cook them at work - but I have made them (green onion sauted in a litte evoo or butter then add eggbeater - make like omlete add a little cheese) take to work and reheat in microwave - Hard boiled eggs. 1/2 sandwhich on lite bread. hell sometime I will have a piece of chicken - steak or fish for bf - it doesn't have to be bacon & eggs - eat what you want.. I do oatmeal every now and then cuz we do need the fiber - but I will tell you about 11:30 every morning I am starving - but hell that's normal - do you eat before you leave for school - you can't eat at your desk during class can you.. See I eat bf at my desk - alot of mornings I'm not hungry when I leave the house - but I always have something to eat sometime a fiber1 bar or a bt bar.. Candice OMG 4 transfusion - she's in my prayers.. Was thinking about her today.. I got yarn to crochet Joseph a blanket for his bday - so I have a project ;0)

Good Morning Peeps I have seen post from Phyl on facebook - I know that she can't put her phone down - she's on it 24/7 LOL - so I guess they must have some free wi-fi somewhere.. When everyone was here we were going to do an intervention with her and her phone LOL Weather here has been nice cooler today 74 - with bad winds tomorrow and rain on Friday.. Ok thinking of hobbies - candle making is one I have come up with - but I can buy them for $6 - can I make them that cheap.. What doc appt do you have Karla. Food yesterday - yogurt - green salad w/chick - chick & veggies - popcorn - 1 cup sf ice cream - jucie and then bed Got paper work for attonery signed - who knows when bro's estate will be done.. Good Morning Gang Debbie stayed the night we were up till like 2 - she didn't call home to say she was staying - her DS was freaking yesterday morning lol - pay back is a bitch ;0) - She left around 8:30 - I went to marshalls got some candles and step stool (you know us short pple need them) Target and then home to the t.v. - nap - clean - washed and ironed.. Feeling a whole lot better with these prescription meds.. Karla - We know you love your DD and once the shock wears off things will work themselves out.. Didn't even get on the computer yesterday - well did sort of got on e reader and posted happy bday to niece.. I just need some major down time and I got it this weekend.. Well back to work - I think I have this friday offf my FF

Good Morning Gang Gf Candy came over Thrusday nite I changed her bandage she had carbultunnel surgery - yesterday morning getting ready for work had a BAD vertigo episode - so called into work - we another gf at work told Candy I wasn't at work - she called said go to do - said ya ya - I just wanted to sleep cuz of the meds - well she calls back an hr later say get up I am on my way to take you to the ER - So i got up cuz if I didn't she would bug me to death - so went to ER - yep it's confirmed I have vertigo not an anuruzim (sp) or anything get - Positional Vertigo.. - they gave me script of Mezcline which is the drug in bonne & dramabean (sp) they had me take one - there at the hospital - I apoligized to the doc for taking up his time ... Told Candy told you so- but I really appreciate the love and worry - Have a few friends who sorta worry about me living alone.. Mostly cuz my bro died home alone.. So I will not be putting my head below my heart - am feeling better today - but yesterday was the worse - I sure hope the stone/crystals hurry up and re-aline themselves. I got a lot to do today - color my hair -pick up the house and I guess rest - Debbie suppose to come over to nite to watch movie - visit.. Phyl have a great time. Karla - Please take care of yourselve - Best lesson imho is when their bday comes - just don't remember theirs - really I mean that.. Yes pple have lives - but a phone call is deserve.. Stayed up too late last night 11 p.m. - watching Idol then voting :0) - voted for 4 - Scotty, Casey, Pia, Haley - My fav 4 - I like James too - Paul and Tia can go - Like Jacob too but can't stand to watch him perform - Stefano - I like him too but not as an Idol ;0) Karla - only one kid called wtf - you know Joseph didn't call me on Mothers Day one yr - well he didn't get a call or anything for his birthday - if you can't at least call and leave a message - then I guess I don't have a son - it killed me that yr on his bday - but I'll be damn - I wasn't going to acknowledge him if he didn't acknowledge me as his Mother.. Shame on them... Well Phyl by tomorrow at this time you will be leaving for Cabo - are you flying out of PS or Ontario?? Didn't go to bootcamp last night due to the whole bending up and down - so tonite I went and walked the treadmill - haven't done that in almost 1 yr - I haven't been doing treadmill since I started boot camp 6/10 Well thought I would be super out of shape on it - well did 50 minutes burned 404 calories - had it on 6 incline @ 4 mph and then had it on 12 @ 3.5 mph - then 21 incline at 2.5 mph - and I am alive .. Came home loaded dishwasher - vacuumed 3 rooms and started a load of wash... Now gotta go feed the dogs ;0) - Tonite is Idol... ;0) cbl I posted last night - don't know what happen to it - hit add post then next thing I saw was that site was down - so I guess my Early Bday Wishes - weren't seen...

Good Morning Gang Candice I think it has to be refridged that's why they keep it in the refridge section - mine has buttermilk in it so it has to be kept cold - I will ck out the instructions and see what they say.. Karla - I understand totally about the computer - it's just so distracting and I am wasting too much time on it - so I'm trying to stay off as much as possible - cuz if I don't things build up then I am always in a rush to get stuff done. Yep when Phyl gets back from Cabo - back home.. Well watched most of dancing w/the stars last night bed now time to get ready for work...

Good Evening Gang.. Had 1st arm workout in 2 weeks ... Miss the week of weights then last week missed arms - - I felt weak.. Phyl If this vertigo doesn't go away soon I will see the doc - but it's just vertigo .. I bought the student version of Office 2010 - but I don't know how to set up Outlook... I use word & excel - so I could just use outlook to ck my aol mail ?? No I don't think you did 6 lbs of damage - must have been alot of water weight Yep it has been windy - too bad you had to cancel your party.. Candice - I can't send refridge stuff it would be rotten by the time you got it - it has to be refridgerated - They don't sell any liquid refridge butter spray in Canada???? Karla - How was school today... Not much to report - Work was ok - I dozed at my desk for a bit this afternoon - the veritgo meds are like a sleeping pill.. Had a cup of tea - gym now home. Food - Egg Salad for bf - Ck soup for lunch - Fish & asparagus for dinner... Choc pudding (sf of course) for dessert..

Good Morning Gang Never made it to Pilos - once I got moving - I felt a little dizzy don't think doing downward dog would be good for me - so I just got nails and toes dones my essitianial shopping done at Target made chicken soup and then watched the Fighter - I watched the whole movie without falling a sleep.. Candice BECEL butter spray by Parkay is this in a can or the refridge section - can't say I've seen it before - but I will look - just let me know which dept it's in - we have pam butter spray (which I use) and I can't beleive it's butter spray which is in the refridge section which I also use Karla - Glad you got your project done - I'm with you about work - my next ff isn't until 4/8... Ya I would have thought they would have fixed the bladder while they had you open - Glad you got to see you GD ;0).. Do you have a surgery date - one week lucky you and the mess isn't your fault cuz other didn't do their job or learn yours. July is Jospeh's Bday and they will be coming here for a party - He's turning 40 ;0) My DS 40 - My Grandson 20 and I'm only 56 ;0) Having a child so young isn't a good idea - but when you get this age it is.. Linda - they make needle threaders - buy one ;0) Candice - Have you got a chance to wear your new gig clothes - how was your home comming w/Peter... Phyl - Huge gain - did you over do it that much - must have been the Colorado Cowboys :0) - I was lucky didn't gain during the week even with the couple of drinks and sweets.. I bet you $100 bucks if you get back on track - it will be off just as fast as it came on.. Cut the carbs and you will be fine Cabo sounds wonderful - I know you will really enjoy it - You should have great weather.. Karla - Totally understand your worry about DD#4 - Thats a tough one.. I would be concerned/worried too.. But gf it will work out and you need some major sister time w/us.. Like I said before - July will most likely be out for me this summer - since I will be taking time off already = but next spring is a great time... My house is open and it's free - just need some spending $$$ and airfare.. Well got call Friday night - Sis back in hospital - It's really been a wet rainy winter for them and plus the stress of my BIL cancer and going daily for radiation treatment - Talked w/her last night - she sounded good - she hopes to be able to go home today.. Talked to my Uncle too (had to let him know what's going on) then I was looking at my rugs - went to Target and bought a carpet cleaner - so I did that yesterday - watched tv and that's about it.. Oh ya talked to Kaitlin too.. Going to Pilo this morning - then my normal grocery shopping and get my toes and nails done then home got all my Jam World stuff wash and will iron today - just waiting for the weather to warm up - it was cold and windy yesterday it's only going to be 76 today tomorrow 82 - then 86 and by Thursday close to 90 .. Trying to take time off computer - since when I get on it - I spend hrs playing mindless games ;0) and I need the down time - Well going to go read my paper - finish my coffee... Good Morning Gang Veritgo seems to be gone this morning... Phyl - No I never had it before - pple just get it - inter ear thingie - took motion sickness meds - but they put me to sleep - better or just as good as a sleeping pill... Got some non drowies ones last night the diff between the 2 types is one has less of the M meds in them - will take one this morning just to be on the safe side.. You got both ipad and new laptop !!!! You go girl... Yep it's been windy here too - next week we get back up to the 80's - just heard next week up to 90 by thursday.. Karla - Hugs on the family issues - it is what it is - it will be what it will be - just go w/the flow.. Have fun at the wedding ;0) - No lifting Linda - No it wasn't a dream you were here... There are houses to be had - so get w/Candice and buy one ;0) then you can spend your winters here ;0) Candice- Silly girl - I don't add up my receipts - I just wait till I get the bill - LOL then I go omw what did I buy.. Linda is home safe & sound - Candice won't be home till this afternoon - like 4 her time - I think - she had a 8 hr lay over in San Francisco - won't leave sf til 8 this morning Had a wonderful week... It was busy but good busy... Yes I have to go back to work to get some rest.. I have loved California, but have to admit - I am missing my Bridget girl... although Bear, Angel and Bella have kept me laughing. Poor Janet had to go back to work today... for the REST.....LOL She's been such a Peach... taking us all over the place and showing off her Desert Paradise... the trip of a lifetime.. ANd best of all got to hang with my Girlfriends!! still ouldn't check in online for my flight home, but I suppose they'll sort it all out at the airport later babes CANDICE,, too funny, I dinjt realize I was signed in as JANET on her computer LOL

Good Morning Peeps It's Monday - Oh boy am I pooped.. It's been a good week but a long one - Trying to originize everything and everyone ;0) and think of intereting things to do, since I live here I think there's nothing to see or do ;0) Sunday pickup up Candice - Monday had a nice lunch w/Phyl and her friends then picked up Linda home and dinner - Tuesday went to El Paseo shopped and had lunch (only bought bras ;0) Wed went to Temecula and had a great late breakfast - shopped got olive oil & a dress (jam world) drove home dinner - had a great dinnet at Phyl's (salmon) - Thursday - took Candice to Ross (Linda was w/Phyl Ipad & bead shopping) she loved the store - then met back up with Linda - shopped at Marshalls then of to Costco for more booze then lunch at my fav mexican restaurant and too many margarita's - Linda & Candice buzzed pretty good - so we cancelled the night time street fair - I think I was in bed by 9 that night - Don't remember what we did friday during the day - but Friday night Candice singing at the Kareoke bar - omg she was the only good singer - one other guy but the other omg terrible - left around midnite - couldnt take anymore - Sat took Linda back to airport - Stopped by quilt shop - Candice really trying to get me to be a quilted LOL - gotta see if my sewing machine even works - came home and vegged I really was bushed by then - Yesterday went to the show - saw Lincoln Lawyer only napped a little good movie - home and vegged again and was in bed by 9:30 now work today.. Candice & Phyll will hang out today I think since I have work - then tonite take Candice to airport.. Well time to get in the shower - CBL
