I had my surgery right after mine. I was on a liquid diet at the time, it didn't bum me out, I took it as the surgery being a great Birthday present

Don't weight yourself everyday, it does fluctuate but you will drop them. Weighing yourself everyday will just make those fluctuations more frustrating and discouraging when it WILL come off.

I had geographic tongue. Lasted about a week. Found out it was from the b-12

I feel you. It took me 2 years to get everything done to get approved due to insurance changes. But it's worth it!! Hang in there

This happened to me earlier this week. I just took in some more calories and saw the scale drop. Try getting a few more calories. Or make sure you are getting your full amount of protein.

Out of curiosity. When you first started solids after surgery did you teeth hurt when you chewed? Like they got weak? I have been on the liquid diet since nov 28- 1 week before and now after. I have heard of people complaining about their teeth so I am just wondering if it happened to anyone? And if so did it get better?

Don't worry I was the same wy for about 3 days after surgery. I even asked people " why did I do this?". Trust me day by day it gets better. I'm so happy I got it now .
