Thank you all. I know it sounds like I'm gloating but this was work. Just because we are or have had the surgery it's not that easy. I always have to tell my self THIS IS A TOOL. But for now my train of thought is 1 day at a time. The other great this is we have each other. Major support group. I love it :-)

This is great to hear. Congratulations!!! Do you mind sharing the too 3 thing that made you successful. I am 3 weeks out and losing slowly. I constantly think I'm eating wrong when I'm meeting my Protein. I feel like I'm so far from when you are. You lost soooo much!!!:):)

That's awesome! Congrats! I'm 3 1/2 mths out and down 75, I can only hope to have the same success you have. I'm thrilled with the 75 and can't wait to be down another 78 to my goal. Are you strict with your diet? Do you exercise? Thanks for sharing! Your such an inspiration!

Well the 3 things that I have changed in my life style is.... No fast food. Wendy's and ect.. More movement walk, dancing PLAYING.. I hate the word exercise...lol and NO late night snacking. Once you have this down it works. I also try not to eat after 6pm.. The hardest part was reprogramming my BRAIN. And from time to time I do have slip ups. Hope this helps :-)

Thanks for sharing:) You have so much to be proud of because surgery is just a tool and we still have to do the hard work! This is not an easy journey!

That's great can you tell us about your hair loss? I'll be 5 months soon and it's coming out I'm stressing. Did it come out and has it grown back. I've heard 4 - 6 months out is the worse I'm just hoping it will stop and grow back. I'm doing the whole biotin thing but I really just think it's part of the process no matter what we do it's going to happen.
