You should ask your doctor because everyone's is different. On my post op full liquid diet I can have yogurt and cream of wheat ( runny consistency).

Wow what a big difference you look great! It's funny how when I lose like 30lbs. I don't see a big difference but when i look at someone else's loss I can see it. I wonder if I will always see myself as fat even when I'm not?

I saw a post on here before where someone suggested drinking the Protein Drinks out of one of those coffee cups with the top that has a slit in it so you can't smell it.

Try mixing it with some water or crystal light. I haven' t been sleeved but have tried a lot of different proteins and when I tried those straight I couldn't do it either they are gross. I played with them and found that I could do them if I watered them down and my Nut said that was fine.

All I can say is wow! I am pre sleeve and I do like to hear it all from people who have actually had the surgery. I want to be sure that I know all possible complications. Some of the things that you learn on this forum your surgeon is not going to tell you.

I forgot, I don't plan to tell anyone else not even by best gal pals. I don't know their personal health issues and it's nobodies damn business.

I have not been sleeved yet. My husband is actually going to be sleeved before me. He has told his mom and sister about both of us. I have told my 10 and 14 yr. old and my mom and one male friend from high school who is probably 600+ lbs. and he almost died last year from complications of his weight. He is 47 yrs old and is basically home bound. My husband said he called a few weeks ago and said that he is considering having gastric by pass. I don't want to have to cry over him again.
