Hit the 3 weeks stall but at not quite 4 weeks I'm 30+ pounds from down from my heaviest and pant size 18 down to 14

Thank you. I'm going out of state after christmas to see all my friends and family I haven't seen since last January and none of them know I had surgery so they will be shocked. I have one more month before I go, excited to see if I can shed a few more pounds before my new and improved me reveal. I think I'm just going to print up "me and my vsg" pamplets to have them read instead of telling my story 50 times to everyone lol

Wow what a big difference you look great! It's funny how when I lose like 30lbs. I don't see a big difference but when i look at someone else's loss I can see it. I wonder if I will always see myself as fat even when I'm not?
