You can also try Konsyl which is 100% all natural it is psyllium fiber. My son uses it 2x a day in his drink. You can add it to your food and I believe you can even use it in your baking.

I didn't try with water because it was a sample pack, but the good thing about the Vitamin Shoppe is if you don't like something after you tried it you can return it.

May time to try some new protein like Chike, Syntax nectar, Cytomax Sport. I have read in other post that the stink breath has to do with your body being in Ketosis.

Cytomax sport is good if you mix with water and Crystal Light.
