We CAN gain the weight back. Has nothing to do with stretching anything and has EVERYTHING to do with what you eat. My way of thinking is anything that if doesn't make me feel full it's considered a slider and is what I need to avoid the rest of my life. Always abstain from it? No, but I avoid it if I want to be the new thinner and healthier me.. And stay that way. Never ever forget that you can gain the weight back.

I had to use a calculator to figure out how long I've been married) Anyway, I've been married almost 38 years and although my husband and I have had some extremely rough times we're still going. Can't say I wouldn't leave him if he consistently and voluntarily became unemployed though. Your husband is being selfish and the worst thing he's doing is installing into your kids a poor and dangerous work/life ethics. One or all your kids are going to follow right in his footsteps and that is why you need to leave. Either he changes or gets help for the underlying issues he has with himself. You're not just talking about your life, but your kids are counting on you to raise them with valuable guidance. Ol' hubby needs to learn that's it's NOT ALL ABOUT HIM!

Usually anesthesia related. Being anesthetized can alter your potassium (and others) levels and put you in danger. The only harm alcohol causes us is empty calorie weight gain. Most likely people get drunk more quickly due to the fact you have abstained from alcohol for a good bit of time. Your tolerance is different. I used to enjoy a couple glasses of wine every night, but 2 now is way different. I don't do it simple because I'm still trying to make goal and wine is way off my course. It's a mind set

Chances are she's scared of the unknown. My daughter is going from band to sleeve revision in the fall and her very good friend was adamant about her not doing it... So much he offered to pay her not to do it. He's scared.. Simple as that. Some friends.. Even BBF are jealous and there's not a lot that can be done about that. Like when my sister in law decided to have a facelift. I was against her doing it and very critical behind her back and in reality I was just totally jealous .. Sad but true!

Absolutely! I was bored my first day in hospital and by that evening I was fit to be tied! My Cordinator made sure my leak test was the following morning so I could get going. Trish is the best and even loves shopping and historical sightseeing! Very knowledgeable. Went to hotel and spent the next days running around and then a full day in San Diego non stop. Old town San Diego is a lot of fun and very interesting
