  1. Yep.. Bald can be sexy just as a head of hair, but definitely depends on the guy. Don't think you have a thing to worry about
  2. Congrats... Job well done! You look great
  3. I take antidepressant for migraine prevention and I took mine (whole) in hospital. I can't go a day without bad side effects
  4. We have sprint and it sucked! I sent texts and people didn't get them until I crossed back over border. And then I got a gazillion texts that were waiting for me. I communicated online with my iPad and that was fine with my family.
  5. WOW! You're amazing! I almost missed this post.. Good job! As a recovering IRC addict I know getting up and going is a tough job
  6. I was flying high on life after mine! I wanted nothing more than to have this done and be healthy. I started feeling amazing right away and even though I was a food addict I was so sick of being a pig and a slug. My surgery renewed me and I still feel blessed to continue my new life
  7. I HATED cottage cheese until after WLS and now I love it! Especially pineapple one Maybe try it?
  8. I agree with TES. It doesn't include the business/employer who offers the health plan it's the health plan personnel who are the HIPAA covered entity
  9. Doesn't look like the link shows where an employer or business is a covered entity.
  10. This is why I specifically told my family that NO one tell anyone else. I'm sorry you are going through this and your boss is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I don't know the laws or regulations pertaining to employment .. But regardless of any actions you can take the cat can't be put back in the bag
  11. Are you sure it's not Petechiae.. It can look like a rash, but is actually bruising
  12. 24 hrs after your last pain meds
  13. Nice.. So exciting!
  14. Vegix is a product of beer .. Brewers yeast. Same as Vegemite equally nasty and Americans know better than to consume it plain
  15. Yes, but it's something cooks use for sauces and gravy and stews and glazes. It's not something many Americans like just plain. I think it's called Vegix or something.
  16. I will have wine once I meet my goal or a treat @ 1/2 way. (maybe this weekend) Beer sounds so yummy, but I haven't had carbonation for years and don't want to now.
  17. You Washington gals need to share you dr/experience/cost with us other WA peeps! You look fantastic and what a difference.. Congrats on such a new you!
  18. O2 sats are measured with a Pulse Oximetry on your finger and the measuring light should be positioned beyond your exposed nail and so the polish should not be a problem.
  19. So sorry you're going through this.. Hope you find out the reasons for your issues. Dr Clinch was my dr for urgent band removal.. Nice guy. Good luck with your tests today
  20. Until you guys said something I just thought it was a random pic he took off the Internet. Wait.. Are the "off topic" police around? *hides*
  21. I just read the other day in the post titled Topic 29 wks post op and 27 wks preg Started by ebthompson2010, Mar 5, 2013 7:12 PM I think she had an IUD, but not sure it was the mirena. Considering its probably 99% or so effective... someone has to be the 1%
  22. Not sure what you're saying here, but when they removed my band for the last time I panicked to where they had to sedate me. My reason was because I knew I'd gain weight and psychologically could not accept that thought. They kept me sedated for 3 days until I would come to terms with the fact I could never be banded again. THANK GOD! Thank God for the intellectual drs who told me the band will kill me BUT for me to research the sleeve and I will be so happy with what I find. Waited for 18 months to recover from band damage and sleeved 12/14/12 with 0 regrets
  23. Contact your Regional Passport Agency and they should be able to help you.. I hope! You will need to make an appointment to meet with them
