Sneezing :(

Okay new sensation here-whole new kind of pain! Sneezed for the first time just now. I tried to hold it in and it felt like it ripped my stomach in two! Stupid question but is there any way to stop sneezes? I have enough pain already without sneezing....

I know what you mean. I developed a cold somehow last week and i had sneezing, coughing, and runny nose. OMG, that sneeze is no joke, and I was driving when it happened. Worst pain ever. All i could do was cuss. Lol. I found that letting the sneeze go instead of holding it in, doesnt hurt as bad. Also Ive been using a neck pillow for the past couple weeks, i put it on the painful area before coughing or sneezing and it helped alot. Today is the first day IVe been able to breath out my nose. I still dont know how I got sick, Ive been in the bed for weeks, only out to take my kids to school. Sucks.

Hope you feel better

To stop a sneeze.. Plug your nose. I've been doing that for 140 years.. Ok, maybe not that long, but for as long as I can remember
