I have a serious bed bug phobia!! Supposedly there is a sweet musky scent to a room that they are in so at hotels I always sniff around the bed! Haha!

Anyone use muscle milk light?? I have some already and like the taste. I am just starting the kaiser preop 12 week program. Haven't gone through diet yet so just wondering if the muscle milk is recomended by anyone... Thank you!

Hey thanks! I'm kind of dorky and have had trouble figuring out how to navigate the website. Might be due to it being via my iPhone or iPad! Will love to see your progress I have had a hard time finding people with kaiser to connect with. I go to orientation friday.

Thank you all the info has been super helpful! I just found out a co worker had it done with the same surgeons office. She has a different insurance but said same thing has had a great experience.

Also where does Dr Leport preform the surgery? I have seen lots of great reviews. I work in healthcare and certain hospitals I have had negative experiences with...

Surgery is what I want to do. I have been looking into it for a while and just recently took action. VST has been such a find! It's been so nice to ask questions from people going through it or have had it. I'm going to look into your surgeon to see if I would like to be referred there. What was the weight loss you had to do? 10%??

I have had little communication from kaiser(I have had to call and push to get responses) if they offer the options program to you does that mean they recommend medically the surgery? I have only met with my pcp an she had me do labs and an ECG then I got a call to do the options.... Again thank you

I'm from garden grove too, I'm just starting kaisers options program... 12 classes then medical clearance. Keep updating how your doing.

How long did it all end up taking you? I have kaiser and live in oc. I have orientation next week for the options but other then the classes don't know what I am looking at as far as a time frame or what to expect.

I haven't has the surgery yet. I have kaiser and will be attending the options program orientation next week... I am eager to start the process and don't know what kind of a time frame I am looking at. Its been nice going through and finding people sharing the same experience! Good luck to all on here
