My scale isn't moving either, but I know inches are coming off ( 30.5 so far). I feel better each day. I attempt to get in my Protein, everything I eat has protein, I try to get my 64 oz of fluids and I do Protein Shakes about every other day. It will happen, I try not to focus on the #

I had an nsv today! I tried on a pair of size 14 capris and they fit! Cute even! 3 months ago I wore a size 20! Tightly! I'm geeked! Hell yeah!

Yummy lobster but cake? I don't understand you buy a lobster made out of cake?
I have 18 days since surgery and down 25lbs.

I found some old clothes in my moms attic, down 1 size , 18 lbs , and last I checked 12.5 inches. scale doesn't seem to move in past 2 days. I had surgery 6/4, and will now move to weighing myself once a week.

I'm taking it easy nothing ruff yet lolz... I have that fix baby factory. Factory closed for good.

My surgeon said 3 weeks. I had sex 3 days after surgery.

Post op 15 days. Down 17 pounds.

I used to be the same way I never smiled or wanted my pic taken but now I love looking in the mirror and taking pics!!

I just got my new scale in the mail today and I had to try it out even though my surgery was on June 6 not even a week ago, but do far I've lost 21 pounds. So happy and motivated!

I am so happy I got approved and a surgery date. July 11, will be The best day of my life. Wooohoooo

I have been with my boyfriend for just over two years we have a son together and I have a three year old from a previous relationship. My whole life I have been overweight but have always been told "you have such a pretty face". My boyfriend is already a little jealous in a cute way. But as the weight falls off I see he's getting more insecure. I try to explain to him that I love him and want only him. I don't understand why he or any other man thinks their partners/spouses will leave them when they lose their weight. He loved me and wanted to be with me when I looked and felt my worst. There's no way in hell I'm gonna leave him when I look and feel me best. Just wish he knew that.

Tonight me and hubby had date night and I took some pics lol!

I did the Miralax today and was able to go again. I get so excited now about pooping. Lol

And far between. For those of you struggling now or have in the past my heart goes to you. For those of you who are not that is great. We just need to pray for each other and know that every person is differnt. My journey has just begun and I shed my first sad tears today when I could only walk for 13 mins. One day at a time !!!

Awesome !!!

At 5 days post op 30 mins is great. Set a daily goal for instance in the beginning I walked one block further than I did the day before. Or maybe work on increasing the speed.
