Drinking lots, protein high, need more gym time. Increasing this week

My loss has been funky like this as well but it follows the schedule of my irregular monthly cycle. Could be hormones :)

I wish it could be hormones, but I had ovarian and uterine cancer at 23. No hormones in the making and can not take any. I guess I will increase protein and doctor gave me ok for gym. He told me to trash scale but I put it away again. I will check in a month.

Thanks guys
