I am looking into becoming a beachbody coach ( makers of p90x, insanity, turbofire etc.) and wanted to know if anyone would be interested in me being their coach. P90X is an AMAZING fitness routine that coud benefit ANYONE in this forum. I dont want to persue this opportunity if there isnt a need for it. Has anyone thought about doing P90X? Along with P90X comes a product called Shakeology. You may have heard it because it has been on Oprahs talk show. Its a meal replacement shake. Take some time, look into things, and let me know if you are interested:) I am a gastric bypas patient that revisioned from lapaband but my main interest is in weightloss period. I am a frequent user of the chat room and I have been known to talk 'garbage' from time to time. The moment I noticed it was making people leave or offending anyone I instantly stopped. I figured that everyone else would have the same respect. When I asked this specific group to stop there was very graphic retaliation and demeaning slander said. The second time it was being asked to stop, the same results. I think everyone has the right to the chat room but NO ONE should be forced to be subjected to some of the conversations that go on at ANY TIME OF DAY. I can almost promise Alex didnt make these rooms in order for an online orgy to happen. I know his intent was to provide a certain level of support by peers not only about lapaband, but for all aspects of life. I do not see how this topic is doing the room any good.

You know, I wonder how many people hiding under their rocks sit there behind their keyboards and call US the big bad wolf, not even to our 'faces', but on some 'lets hate everyone in the chatroom board'. I wonder why all of you have such a big pair of balls now- to hate on us, when YOU wern't there. Every side has two stories. Did dave also fill you in on all of the rude comments he had accidently posted in the main room? How they we're hateful and demeaning? I didn't think so. But go ahead and feel sorry for poor ol' road withered Dave since he took his time on the forum ( which he doesn't need or want in his life, of course) to describe how pitiful he is. Don't even second guess EXACTLY why we were talking about intercourse that night. But just in case you do- I'll tell you why. We were talking about making love and intercourse because these people have endured a very long deployment of my husbands and I was simply expressing to my FAMILY how nervous and scared I was for intimacy again after being away from my husband for such a long time........I hope you have had a good time ASSuming what mean and heartless people we are.......

Why is chat down AGAIN? Why arent we being notified? WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOING ?????????????????????????

I agree. I know of several members that have already given up on using this website anymore. I do not want to resort to having to find elsewhere but at his point, the chat feature is down atleast once a week. There has not been one member that I have spoke with that is pleased with the new layout. The ads arent appreciated, the site mapping has become more difficult, and as previously mentioned,its constantly down. I have requested from Ken S. personally that we be notified about the status when chat goes down, and apparenlty my request has been put to the wayside. Answers are needed, or sooner or later, you wont have a community to respond to at all.

Ok SO I am pregnant and still 6cc in my band....needless to say i get stuck EVERY meal ....i would have to say that ive mastered this! I know it sounds crazy but I moan...i moan like there is no tomorrow...th reason is that it makes your throat manually work the food down to your stomach. Another thing i do is try to take deep breaths in. If I am sitting down, I stand up and walk that usually brings it down. I hope some of these work for someone!!
