I am looking into becoming a beachbody coach ( makers of p90x, insanity, turbofire etc.) and wanted to know if anyone would be interested in me being their coach. P90X is an AMAZING fitness routine that coud benefit ANYONE in this forum. I dont want to persue this opportunity if there isnt a need for it. Has anyone thought about doing P90X? Along with P90X comes a product called Shakeology. You may have heard it because it has been on Oprahs talk show. Its a meal replacement shake. Take some time, look into things, and let me know if you are interested:) I am a gastric bypas patient that revisioned from lapaband but my main interest is in weightloss period. Send me a message if you think I could help you:)

Doing a quick search on this sub-forum will yield plenty of results of people doing P90X. I enjoy it, starting my second phase in a few days. Can already see results. I will say, though, that you have be at a somewhat decent fitness level to do well. I lost about 65 lbs before starting, I can't imagine trying to do some of these workouts when I was close to my heaviest. It can be done, sure, but if you want to get the most out of it, try other forms of physical exercise first.
