  1. I'm not sure how much mine weighed but he did tell me it was larger than a basketball. :-/
  2. Sounds like dehydration to me. If u are out in the heat and sweat then u must compensate for the loss of water in your body and drink more. I went through the same thing in the beginning. Just be sure to sip, sip, sip. Good luck and im glad your feeling better.
  3. I had my surgery March 29th....im alittle over 5 months out and have lost 103 lbs.
  4. I do splurge and have them on occasions. It's important to know that the protein in pork rinds is not a significant source of protein tho. once in awhile wont hurt u, I just wouldnt eat them everyday.
  5. I started at 330. had no complications at all. I am 5 months post op and have lost 100 lbs. You'll be fine.
  6. I still can't believe I did that! I have also noticed that I post stuff on Facebook that I don't remember posting. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks. Needless to say I will not be taking it anymore!
  7. Took my ambien tonight and just woke up eating a grilled chicken wrap and cheetoes....WTheck??
  8. If I have eaten to much I feel full even in my throat. Kinda like nothing else will go down.
  9. What do u mean by spots? A rash?
  10. U keep doing u and what feels right to u. No judgement here. We r all human. I wish the best for u and anyone else struggling with an addiction. its a very hard thing to overcome. Take care girl and keep doing u!
  11. Your right Sassypants, this is not a forum for antismoking but it is a forum for those who have had or will havr the sleeve. Angelofmercy had a valid question and I believe it was answered. An ur also right, smokers do get bashed and judged alot here. I smoked for 20 yrs a quit a month before surgery. Not because I was forced to, but because I wanted all of me healthy, not just my weight. I wanted no addictions holding me back. Food or cigs. Anyways, I said all that to say this, not all of us cheat or sabatoge our health and some of us just want complete freedom from the things killing us. But I in no way would ever bash u for smoking
  12. I was sleeved March 29th so I'm 8 day shy of being 5 months out. As of this morning I am down 98lbs. I love my sleeve!
  13. my surgeon is amazing. His name is Dr. Zackhour and he is in Mesquite. I had my surgery at Texas Regional in Sunnyvale in March. I am down 98 lbs. My dad also used him. Neither of us had complications. His leak rate is 0%. Thats right, never had a leak. I was a cash pay and paid $9550 total.
  14. I did not have this happen but my doctor did tell me that if he opens me up and notices my liver is in bad shape then he would back out. I have hep-c though. All went well tho and he said my liver looked great.
