  1. Have you checked it's not reflux I am also 6 weeks out and am able to tolerate all food without this happening I would check with your surgeon
  2. I had the same pain it was terrible by surgeon explained that the internal stitches take awhile to heal and they can cause a lot of pain. My pain has just gone away now and I was sleeved on April 24th
  3. I not sure what you been old to eat but 2 weeks out I was just starting on mushies maybe it was to soon to eat hamburger

  8. That's an amazing recovery I am nearly 2 weeks out however still on liquid. I noticed your eating solids is this allowed by your doc

  10. ThAts a good question I am not sure either I am 2 weeks out and can drink my fluids like that as well...

  13. Hey 7 days post op and head hunger is killing me. Hoping it goes away once I am back at work to much time on my hands lol I am healing really well hardly anymore pain So what's everyone eating I am totally confused what to be eating and how much I should be eating

I was sleeved on the 24th as well my doctor told me that it was ok to eat yogurt already and I m eating creamy soup it's soup I make with broth and lots of veges and then I totally put it through the blender until its a liquid . My head hunger is out of control I wasn't expecting that to be so bad I want a big bowl of pasta lol can everyone tell me what hey are eating at the moment are you guys drinking protein shakes as well

  16. I had by surgery this week on the 24th the waiting is a killer but it goes very fast my advice to u before you start your 2 week pre op diet is to go to the best restaurant and eat cause you will not be interested in food after lol...
  17. Stephanie I don't know how this operation could be done in day surgery I was like a zombie first 3 days would never have coped on my own

  21. Hello fello Aussies I am from Australia as well..... I am currently 90 kilos was 95 kilos but I have been on opti for 2 weeks surgery next Tuesday yahhhhhhhhhh so I just qualified I am 1.68 tall so I am probably on the smaller size for weight loss surgery but as I told my doctor I have to get off this merry go round of yo yo dieting let me just say after being on opti for 2 weeks enjoy your food while you can cause right now I could go a big Mac lol
