My doctor allows it, in fact I had it in the hospital. I would be a grump for sure if they took my tea and coffee away. You might check with your doctor and see if they will let you have it. I just read a report that came out lately that said coffee is good for you now, even help your blood pressure. Not long ago they said it was bad for you. I guess they can't make up their minds!

Good Morning y'all! Thanks for the B-day wishes, I had a good one even if my Harley show was cancelled. My neighbors got together for a BBQ and we celebrated my day. I got some nice gifts and had good company to boot! The one gal made me a chocolate rum cake (to die for) and decorated it with balloons candles. It was really cute. Cindy - You didn't by any chance buy that lottery ticket in Southlake did you? Are you the big winner?????? I'll keep my fingers crossed it was you! Eileen - Have fun at the party! We are just getting into some cooler weather for the week, nothing like you have there though. We have a while before we quit using the pool, although it has been awhile since I used ours. I don't have any excuse, just lazy I guess. I hate driving to work in the dark and coming home in the dark! Then of course since it's dark all you want to do is go to be at 7:00! Sherry - Wow, your baking sounds yummy! I guess now you will have to give us your recipe for calzones! I have been hungry for some home made apple slices, guess that is what fall does to us, starts us baking. Sorry about your fish! That is so sweet of you to help out the family like that. I always enjoy doing things like that! Mandy - I just met some folks last night from Florida. They moved here about 1 month ago, said they just couldn't take it there anymore. Hope you get some nicer weather soon! Darcy - How are you holding out girl? How much longer till you can hug the ole man? Just think though, then it's back to cooking again! #%*&$@!$^%*&^! I am so mad! We polished and shined up the bikes for days, then this morning we headed out to the show and got half way there and down pour of rain with lots of lighting! We were drenched, even my boots were full of water. So....... we headed back home. It was a terrible time, the rain was so hard you couldn't see where you were going. One time I hit an oil spot as I was stopping and my bike started going sideways and I felt myself going down. Lucky I didn't freeze up and started giving it some gas and it straightened back up and I kept going. My DH was turning so I went on down to the next light and turned, he was waiting for me when I got up there. Nasty weather. Of course an hour after we got home the sun came out, but we couldn't make it there in time for the deadline to sign up. That is the main thing I wanted to do today for my B-day, and I am pi$$ed to the bone! Oh well, maybe next time will be better. Catch you later!

You are very wise to realize the problem and deal with it. So many people just keep going until they have bigger problems and even lose their band. I am glad it is just a matter of losing the fill and not the band. You have done a great job with your band Alex, I applaud you!

Hey Y'all! Gosh, I am tired! DH kept me up most of the night last night, tossing and turning. Didn't even get to enjoy anything out of it to make it better either:D Rough day at work to top if off, but now I am done with supper and ready to relax just a while. I know when you are at home with kids all day, it really does help to get away for a while. I am going to a Harley deal on Saturday. I am going to enter in the competition again, so hopefully I will win something. It is suppose to rain, so I hope it doesn't do it until I am done. Then our neighbor is having a BBQ and invited us over. It is also my B-day so I will try to have a little fun too. Well, going to get comfy and relax and watch Grey's. Anyone else watch it???

Good Morning Y'all! I didn't get to read all the threads yet, but hopefully I'll get caught up real soon! Darcy - I just cracked up when I read about your movie! DH saw it on the PPV movies and said "Well, that's one I won't be watching!" Now, I have to ask if you watched it all the way through? Cindy - Dont you just love this weather? Gosh, I just want to stay outside all day! I go out on my lunch and sit in the car witht he windows down and read just to enjoy some of it. Of course the people I work with think I am crazy! Eileen - Have fun at the apple orchard! We always just to do that when I was growing up, I have very fond memories of going with DM & DD picking all kinds of fruit. Kat - Hope you have a safe trip and enjoy yourself too. Pat - Gosh, is that gal ever going to go away? It's probably best if she doesn't, you might not get see your G-kids, but she could act like a lady! Opps, maybe she doesn't know how to! Just kidding, but I know it is a handfull of crap when gals act that way. I guess it's the only way they think they can get their own way. No, I don't and never have. I would think if you are doing this you are too tight. Just a slight unfill could make a big difference.
