MERRY CHRISTMAS! I hope y'all had a great Christmas. It was great to spend time with my family, you just can't get enough family time.:biggrin1: We went to my DB house and had dinner. It was really nice and relaxing too.:girl_hug: Today we are home and I am fixing dinner. My DS is coming over and we'll just stay here. I made up a bunch of salads this morning, and I am baking a ham to go with them. Most of the work is already done. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I too want to say how much each and everyone of you have meant to me though out the year. You have been there through the good and the bad, and held my hand the whole time. Thank you for all your friendship and encouragement. Have a great day!:present:

Good Morning Y'all! TGIF! I can't wait for the day to be over with! Nothing like wishing your life away huh? I just have a ton of things to do and I am ready to get it done! I think we are going to get out of work a little early today, and I am planning on going and finishing my last few gifts. I hope it works that way! Tomorrow I will hit the grocery store early and get my last few things there, and then I get to finish up some baking etc. Beanie - All I have done for the last 2 weeks is eat crap! They have brought so much candy/cookies etc in to the office and I just keep shoving it in my mouth even when I am not hungry at all! No big fab plans on New Year's, but I do a lot of cooking of things we all eat for good luck and the family stops in and we eat as much good luck food as we can! :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: So it is a cooking day for me. I think I might have a few of the neighbors over for New Year's eve unless they have plans somewhere else. I haven't talked to them yet. Cindy - Hey free lady, what are you planning today? what is your first free day plans? Rest or working on things at home? Chrispy - Your Calzone sounds great, I love those things. I have never made them at home though, just ate them out. Jules - You'll love the girls when you meet them. I haven't got to meet Cindy yet, but I met Beanie, she's great! Patty - Things will be fine soon, as soon as you get on the road and where you are going the stress will start to leave. Just enjoy your Christmas and forget all the hassles. Hugs! Dianne - Glad you are feeling better! Have fun! Sherry - Are you still making cookies/candy? I loved your pictures! Eileen - Did you enjoy your pajama day? I love just spending the whole day in my p.j.'s. So what are your plans today? Have you got all your baking done yet? Pat - Girl I am getting worried about you! Anne - I really enjoyed your family letter, I feel like I have known you for a long time. Really cool! Kat - Your DH sounds like fun! I can just see him snickering! Mandy - Hopefully they deliver your washer soon! I hate to be without one, and I hate going to the laundramat worse! Mary - What beautiful pictures, but they make me shiver! I like to just look out at that stuff! Where's Cass? What's up girl? Darcy - How are you doing since you had some of the fill removed? Do you still think you are going to remove the band? Well, I hope I didn't miss anyone, but it's time for me to get my bunns moving! Later!

Good Morning Y'all! Only got a minute, just wanted to say hello! I have been really busy, I had to make a batch of cookies for my Christmas party at work. The gals were all fighting over the mice I took, one came and ask if I had anymore. I guess they were a big hit. Then DH ask me last night if I had any he could take to work. I have to go back to the store today and get some more supplies, then bake some cookies for him to take tomorrow. Then Saturday I have to bake some cookies for Christmas eve. I don't have time for personals this morning. I do want to let Cindy, Beanie and Jules I can't make it New Year's day. I already have plans that day. I will get together with you later on, maybe in the spring y'all can come over to my house for lunch or something. Mandy - I am proud of you girl for sticking up for yourself. I am a firm believer in that! It's great that they are replacing it for you! Almost like getting a new present huh? Well got to run and finish getting ready for work. I just want to go back to bed and sleep for a couple of hours. I didn't sleep good last night, now that all I want to do. WTF? Catch you later, have a great day!

Cooking supper, so I don't have time for personals. I have been checking out the board which I haven't had time to post for a while and got carried away with the time. Anyway, I don't think a spider bit me, I can't see the bite anyway. I am thinking either a catcus or rose got me, or a bee (because I am alergic to them) although I don't see a bite anywhere. It hurts but I really think it is not a spider bite. I am always scared to death of the spiders when I am working in the beds, I have seen some pretty nasty pictures of those brown recluse bites. Beanie I am glad your fever broke, but I am glad you are keeping your appointment too! Catch you all later!

Surgery in 4 weeks and scared to death
Don't worry about that part, you really don't get that hungry! You get jello, broth, popcicles, juice, etc, and then some mushies. The mushie stages really keeps you more satisified. It really is worth it in the long run!

Good Morning Y'all! Wish I had one more day at home before going back to work! I am still tired! I am glad I got a bunch of that yard work done though, even if it was a small dent to what needs to be done. Next weekend I am going to make some cookies, but not many! I made some some things yesterday morning, but decided to do the cookies last for two reasons, one they will be good a fresh w/o freezing, and two, I won't eat as many! Chrispy - Congrats to you!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I am glad you passed and it is all behind you! Beanie - Let us know what the doc says, and don't cancel your appt! I'll keep your DD in my prayers. Probably staying busy is the best thing he can do, not only health wise, but mind wise too! Kat - I think anytime we have to depend on anyone to help us when we are down it gets depressing. Once he gets back to normal and working good you will probably see a big difference in him. I'm thinking about you, I know how tough it can be! Sherry - Wow, all your treats sound yummy! :hungry: :hungry: :hungry: Did you enjoy your time off? It was this last week wasn't it or is it this week? Pat - It's not like you not to come and post your Christmas pictures, where are you and are you all right? Patty - What's the lastest? We are waiting! Darcy - Did you have fun at the slumber party? Cindy - Glad you had fun at the concert! Wow, not many days left for you now! :D Eileen - Have you made all those cookies yet? Are you ready for Christmas? Mandy - It sounds like your daughter will have a great Christmas! Jules - Congrats on the graduating! Anne - How was the movie? Your cookies sound great! Well, I have to run and get dressed for work. Everyone have a great day!

Hello Y'all! Sorry, just a quick update and I am going to kick my feet up. I got the house cleaned up and the laundry done, then did some shopping with DH. Then I came home and....................You aren't going to believe this, I worked in the yard and got some of my flower beds cleaned up! Gosh, it made the place look so much better getting rid of the plants that got frosted! But the bad part is I lost one of my good earrings somewhere during all this! Yesterday either something bit me on the hand, or I am getting something wrong with it because my fingers are swollen up and they really hurt. Just what I need right now. They have a big important order at work and my boss told me I would be working on it starting tomorrow. I hope the fingers let me do it, it sure hurts typing right now. So, now that I let you all know I am totally falling apart, I'm going to go get some rest! Beanie - I sure hope you start feeling better. I'm glad you are going to the doctor! Have a great evening!

Good Morning Y'all! :success1: :Banane27: TGIF:welldone2: :Banane27: :Banane44: I am so ready for this week to be over! Let the weekend begin and last forever! :D Mandy - Now all I can think of is some really good onion rings!:biggrin1: Your tree is beautiful! Patty - You will NOTlet that letter sit for any length of time before you open it! Do you hear me loud and clear? Read my lips! Open the dang thing before you shut the front door and beat feet to the computer! Dianne - I am glad you met Kathy, she is a real sweatheart. I wish I could meet her too! Chrispy - Good luck with your test! I don't want to be in your shoes, I had enough of that testing stuff! Cass - I have pictures someplace, but I don't have any way to put them on the computer. That was a long time ago, way too long! :D I don't have any to scan them right now. Yikes! I would be moving too! Scary people make me nervous!:nervous Cindy - I am glad you stepped up and made them let you have the party as planned! Heck, you can voice and stomp your feet all you want to now, what are they going to do, suspend you for a few days?:clap2: :clap2: Mary - Awwww, girl, get to the doctor or something! I hope you feel better. Did you try taking anything? Yikes, it is way past time for me to get dressed. Catch you all later! Hello to everyone that hasn't posted yet! May your day be merry and white (except for Texas)! Texas can just be merry! :D

Questions
I read everything I could get my hands on, especially on LBT before I decided to get the band. When I went to the Dr.'s office, I already knew most of what he told me, and what I wasn't sure about or wanted expert advice on I ask him while I was there the first time. I felt confident that I knew what to expect, and what to do before and after the band. The information is here for you if you just take the time to read all the posts. Good Luck!

Good Morning Y'all! Mandy - I love your geese! How cute! You have been a busy bee! :D Sherry - It's crazy how things changes, I couldn't eat bread for the whole time I was banded, now I can eat a little bit of bread (half slice or so) but can't eat some of the other stuff I use to eat like jello! I ate jello the whole time, now I can eat it but it makes me uncomfortable. I used to have trouble with apples, now I can eat them! I guess we just have to keep trying once in a while to see if it changes. Congrats on the 75 pounds! I am doing the "happy dance" for you! Whoooooo Hoooooo! Cass - I had an evening wedding and had the red dresses with white muffs. I had red ribbons on the pews along with some white candles. It was a beautiful wedding and I got lots of compliments on it. I just know you are excited about planning it all! Cindy - I cried at my party when I said I wouldn't and I bet you do too. Even though I was excited about moving and starting a new job, I had a lot of friends there and they did a lot of things that made me cry. Don't worry if you do, it just shows a little love.:grouphug: Kat - The party was great! Lots of fun, good food, and a few drinks. I ended up with a really cool nut cracker statue that holds a candle. My DH got a Chili's gift certificate! Beanie - Hope you are feeling better! You DD is in my prayers too hun! Diane - I hope the new meds help. just come and vent with us, I am sure talking helps a little bit. I know I missed a bunch of you, but the clock says I have to get my clothes on and out the door. So, I'll catch you all later! Have a great day!
