  1. That's great news! I'll keep you all in my prayers, and you keep us posted!
  2. I eat some beef jerkey, nuts, or fruit for snacks. Of course I have popcorn once in a while too. I love a good salad with all kinds of veggies in it with some type of protein. I top it with olive oil/vinegar and usually fresh garlic.
  3. From one Texan to another Welcome to LBT! Congrats on your surgery date!
  4. I used a 0% credit card for mine. I think Capitol One has a medical program they give credit for, you might want to check them out.
  5. You might want to stick with hard protein instead of the protein drinks. Liquid just goes right through while meat/eggs etc doesn't.

  9. You should be able to eat meat and veggies. You do sound like you need a small amount taken out. Junk food always goes down good!
  10. Welcome to LBT and to bandland! It gets better with each day. If you don't need the pain meds then don't take them. I didn't use them after I got home. Good Luck!
  11. Sorry you had to go through that! It won't be long until you get another fill and you'll be back to losing. Good Luck!
  12. You'll start losing more when you get your fills, this is really just a time for healing. You're doing great!

  18. I don't get that hungry all the time stuff like I use to. I still get hungry, but a few bites and it's gone. I have to admit that going down the road and smelling stuff still gets me at times!
  19. Good Luck, and let us know how you did when you get a chance!
  20. Congrats on your surgery date! I didn't get sick at all, but if you get sick easily I would mention it to your surgeon because they can give you something ahead of time. Good Luck!
