Good Morning Y'all! I don't think it will ever stop raining here! I am totally sick of rain. Yesterday it rained so hard that my fish pond over flowed and one of my fish swam out and stuck on the ledge and of course was dead by the time I found it. It was one of my prettiest ones too! This is supposed to continue until at least Tuesday. We are the second highest now for the most rain since 1928 (?) I think that was the date. They are closing some of the parks for the 4th because they are flooded. Cindy - I like your new avatar! Eileen - It's great to see you here on a weekday. How is the new job going? Do you like it better than the old one? Kat - That is too funny! Usually when it gets that way we just empty it out and start over. We haven't been able to do anything with it yet, too much rain. It's pouring right now! We have mosquito problems here really bad with all the rain. I was out last weekend for just a while and I am covered with bites and I sprayed too. Good luck with your party! Dianne - Good luck with the tests today! Sherry - Hope they can find out what's causing all your problems. I know it's not a fun thing to go through. Mandy - Hope you are feeling better. Good Morning Y'all! Well, the rain finally got us really good, the pool has flooded and is now full of mud again. There is nothing nice about looking outside and seeing a pool that looks like a dirty pond. I guess our work is cut out for us this weekend. I am really sick of rain. Kat it is so green and pretty here, but I am so ready for sunshine. You sound like you have your work cut out for you. Just put your foot down from now and and tell them all it's their turn. The crype myrtle trees are all in bloom and it sure makes it pretty. Cindy your pictures are beautiful and you look so great! Your daughter does look alot like you! I love your shirts! Happy Bandiversary! You have done a great job with your band. Congrats to you! I have been at a standstill for a long time too, and I know it is because I am not as strict with myself as I was in the beginning. I think we tend to relax and forget about some things the longer we are banded. I know I eat some things that I totally gave up when I was first banded.

Very well said! And remember, just because you can eat it, doesn't mean you should. I wouldn't take that chance if it were me!

Our news this morning said he killed the family and then himself. It's so sad that when someone wants to take their life they have to take others with them.

I still do it after all this time, but DH loves it because he gets to eat my leftovers. Sometimes I order a small order because I know I am not that hungry, but most times I just order regular and let him have the rest.

I eat popcorn all the time. I don't have a problem with it. It's a pretty good snack especially for getting some fiber in.

My doctor said 6-8 weeks, you don't want to take a chance of a germ getting into an open cut.

Congrats on your surgery date. We all go through lots of emotions before the surgery, you wouldn't be normal if you didn't. Keep yourself busy, go for walks, read all the threads on here, talk to a friend. Make sure you buy your supplies for your liquid diet after the surgery. Good Luck!
