  2. Kirsten, please don't feel bad, this is a time for healing. You will lose weight, don't worry. Just follow your doctors orders and when you get your first fill, things will turn around for you. Hang in there!
  3. What a lovely family! I'm glad you had such a good time! Thanks for sharing those pictures with us!
  4. You still have plenty of time to be over your cold before surgery. Maybe your doctor can give you something for it if you call him. If it does get cancelled, just remember it will still happen, just a little later.
  5. I am so glad to hear you are alright, and isn't kids the greatest thing? I always say, those auto's can be fixed, we are the ones to worry about. I have to say I am glad not to be living up there! I lived up north most of my life and moved because of the weather. It was 87 here yesterday, and I spent the entire day outside working in my flower beds. Today I am sore and stiff, but it is a good feeling. Please take care, sometimes the third day is the worse day after a fall or accident.
  6. Welcome to bandland! A heating pad worked best for me, along with some walking.
  7. My Doctor said 2 Flintstone Complete each day.
  8. What great advice everyone has given. That is the thing I love about this board, people are always willing to help on here. Nancy, you can do this! We know you can! Like Donali said, take it a day at a time and before you know it you will be back on track!

  21. My face was the first place I lost, followed by my hands, legs, and waist. I have lost all over, but those were the first to start.
  22. Leatha I was hoping by now you were much better. They told me I could do both eyes for distance or just one and read with the other. The whole point of me getting the surgery done was to not wear glasses anymore. I went with the monovision because of that. I am happy with the outcome, and would do it again in a minute. I had mine done about 3 years ago.
  23. Wow girl, I think you are doing fantastic! I wouldn't call that slow!
