  1. I take the Flitstone Complete, and my doctor told me to take two daily. I compared the ingredients with the Viactiv and they have much more in the Flintstones so I stayed with them. I do take the Viactiv calcium ones though.
  2. Welcome to bandland Deb!
  3. I can feel mine if I lay down and try to find it. I can't feel it if I am standing up.

Paula that is so cool! I can't imagine life without a mortgage! lol Your children are young, so they will adjust pretty fast. You could let them decorate their rooms the way they want to and that would help too. I am jelous, just think of all the extra money you will have for other things you need, like a new wardrobe for that new body! And, yes, don't forget to do some investing too! I know what you are going to go through moving though, it is a lot of work, something I don't think I ever want to do again. Ary y'all going to do it yourself or are you hiring some of those moving companies? Good luck! By the way, when are you going to start moving?
  6. Are you still on liquids, or are you on mushies?
  7. That's Great! You are on your way! Now you can start the June bansters thread!
  8. That is good news! Thanks for letting us know!
  9. Good luck, I'll see you in Bandland!
  10. Normal, normal, normal! You are wide open right now, and you will feel like you don't have a band. You haven't had a fill yet! Just make sure you follow your doctors orders on eating because you are still in the healing stages, and you don't want to damage your band.
  11. Desertmom - It sounds like you are just a little swollen still, but everything sounds normal. If you still feel this way on your next visit with the doctor, discuss it with him. It really does get better every day!
  12. I dreamed I smoked one a year after I quit, and I wanted to kick myself in the butt, but I certainly don't want to smoke them anymore. I can't say that I never think about them, sometimes when I get mad/upset, they look good, but I wouldn't take one and I don't certainly don't crave them!
  13. MMMMMMMMMMM Blue Bell is sooooooooooooo good! I love the Moo-llennium! DH eats ice cream all the time, I try to buy the kinds that I don't dearly love, although there aren't many of them!
  14. I am a Kooikerhondje from the Netherlands.
  15. Jenna - They are at Walmart's here, also Kroger's. I am sure if you ask them, they will order them for you.
  16. I couldn't open it!
  17. Good Luck Rae - Get ready, it will be here before you know it!
  18. Sure you can Rica!
  19. Good for you! It is one of the hardest things you will ever do, but one of the best things you will ever do for yourself! Good Luck!
  20. The protein drinks helped me alot. Eat lots of popcicles too! Jello will help fill you up or apple/grape juice too.
  21. Wow, you are tuff going back to work that quick! Just keep sipping, you'll be fine!
  22. Congrats to you! Please keep us posted!
  23. Jamie I eat steak a lot, never had any problems with it. I always use a dab of steak sauce with it though.
