  1. Welcome to bandland! Glad you are doing good! It gets better each day.
  2. Good Afternoon! Gosh, I thought I was the only one feeling blah today! I just can't get my butt in gear! I have so much to do and just can't get moving. I just have to this afternoon! I don't feel blue, just don't feel up to par. I think it is this ear infrection I have mostly, but then not sleeping well and the stress of all these interviews! I have started jobs, did a few things and quit! OK, now I have to get things done! No more excuses! It doesn't help that it is overcast here and dreary! Beanie - Happy Birthday SWEETIE! Sure hope you have a great one! Hey girl, what place are you having your surgery at? Anne - Awwww, sorry to hear you are having sick problems again. Nothing worse than a cold! Hope you feel better soon! Changing jobs is hard to do, so hopefully he will find or decide on something you both can agree on. Cindy - Hope that headache is better by now! I am beginning to think the weather and time change is getting everyone down. Heck, I was sitting in my chair last night and almost fell asleep. I told DH I was going to go in the other room and get in bed and watch the rest of my show. Needless to say, I didn't see the first five minutes of it. And, I didn't want to get up this morning. Now, you have to understand I am a person that gets up every morning including weekends, between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. At 5:30 this morning I was making myself get up! Patty - Wow, you sound like you had a great afternoon yesterday! :clap2: :clap2: I think it is very important to do something for ourselves once in a while. I am keeping everything I have crossed for you getting your date! I have been wondering what became of that box of your DH you got? Did you ever open it?????? Zan - I understand totally about not wanting your picture posted. I did it for a while, then I took mine off, then I put it back on again. Pat - You are working too hard! I guess you haven't found a replacement yet huh? Thinking about you! Sherry - I always open your other thread thinking it is this one! Then when I notice I see names I am not familiar with I realize I am in the wrong place! Have a great day! Well, I have to get busy, work to do and a salad to eat, so I will catch you all later!
  3. Whoooo Hooooo! You go girl!
  4. Welcome to bandland! Glad things went well for you!
  5. Happy Bandiversary to you! Gosh, has it been a year already? All right, now tell us about your year!
  6. Happy Birthday Beanie! I sure hope you have a great one!
  7. Teresa - Please do get checked out, if nothing else for peace of mind. I hope and pray that you are fine. It definately has to have something to do with his procedure he uses or something to have so many right here on this board to erode. Maybe those of you who have eroded need to have a thread under the doctors.
  8. How sad! Teresa I thought it was you when I saw the post! I'm certainly glad it wasn't! We've missed you around here girl, you need to come and post with us again!:cake: :cake: :cake:
  9. My heart goes out to you. You certainly had your share of problems. Hopefully now you can heal up and get on with your life.
  10. Well I just got home from the interview. I had to answer 6 more questions, then they gave me a tour of the office and I met the supervisors. Then they told me it would be at least the middle of next week before they would make a decision and make an offer. So, hurry up and wait again. Cindy - I do accounting, secretarial, payroll etc. Just most any kind of office work. I actually like multi-tasking, it doesn't get so boring. I like working with numbers the most though. I had the same problem with SBC, they kept charging me for three months after I cancelled with them. They kept using different excuses on why I still had to pay for it. I won't go back to their DSL ever again!
  11. Your big beautiful smile just made my day! You had me smiling from the first picture! You're beautiful inside and out!:cake:
  12. You might feel the restriction from yesterday's fill yet. Sometimes it takes a few weeks. I didn't get good restriction till I had quite a few fills. You'll get there, don't worry! Make sure you are following the banster rules though!
  13. Congrats to you! It will be here before you know it!:clap2:
  14. I am still in the running for all these jobs including that one. I won't know till the end of February or first part of March. Thanks for keeping your fingers crossed for me.
  15. Welcome to bandland! Glad you are doing so great!
  16. Good Morning! Beanie - Wow, things are going to fly for you now! 12 days away, let the countdown begin!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I have a long ways to go before I am little! Beanie a burnout is when they pull their bikes up to a curb and let the back tire spin. It creates a lot of smoke (stinks too) and it burns the rubber right off the tire. The one that does it best gets a trophy. Of course they have to buy themselves a new tire too!:heh: Loved the pictures, but we'll have to teach Zan how to uncover her face. :cake: :cake: :cake: Congrats on the weight loss too! That is really good w/out the band in place. I guess we know who is going to keep all of us in line! Eileen - You look so pretty! You have such pretty eyes! Ivan - Congrats for getting the insurance! At least someone out there is using their head! Cindy - I'm glad you got the drinking problems solved. Yes, I think they take an awful long time to decide who they want working for them. I have my second interview this morning, and then yesterday I got called for a different place for an interview on Friday. I'll say one thing, at least I am getting more comfortable with interviews! I'm glad I have a few different suits too!:cake: :cake: :cake: I never wear suits, but I am beginning to get use to them!:cake: Well, got to get some work done and then get things ready for this afternoon. I'll check back later! Good morning to all of you that haven't posted yet!
  17. Good for you for doing all the research. Good luck, and I would love for you to post about your next appointment. I know you must be excited!
  18. It sounds to me like you are too tight. If you are living on liquids then you are definately too tight. You are much better off eating solids that will stick with you.
  19. Happy Bandiversary! 53 pounds is great! That is 53 pounds never to return!:cake: :cake: :cake:
  20. Gosh Patty, stay on top of them and make them get it done! I'm keeping my fingers and everything else crossed for you!
  21. I had mine repaired the same time as the surgery. No problems!
  22. Iluvharleys replied to paula's topic in The Lounge
Me too, I figured Alex was probably doing some work on it so I just stayed off for a while.
  23. I went through that at first, but now I am back to enjoying it again.
