  1. I recently had the same problem. A slight unfill did the trick. I didn't have to have a total unfill. DO NOT EAT SO CLOSE TO YOUR BEDTIME!!! I had gotten back into doing that and that is not good. Wisegrl I hear ya about the cup at your bedside that was me all night long, the slight unfill did the trick and I am doing okay so far...it has been about a week now.

  11. Yeah, what Morsaille said!!! Exactly
  12. I have had all kinds of scales. The most expensive one was $120.00 The one I bought from Wal-Mart was $19.99 and it came with the Denise Austin work out CD. It is VERY accurate. In fact it is digital like the one in my Doctor's office and it matches his every time! It even matches the digital scale they use on the cardiac floor at the hospital where I work. Oh and it also measures body fat percentage and water hydration.
  13. The Best Me( Kathy). I knew that it was in Proverbs but I couldn't remember the chapter. Thank you for that. Dody, I am with TommyO . Remember who you"work" for. Name calling is cruel and uneccesary calling someone a troll is just not nice. We are all adults here and know how to control ourselves. Sometimes you have to realize that people are reading everything you say and the respect that they have in you fades day by day. Don't respond to the negatives. I read one of the members profiles and it was interesting what her hobby was, and if that is what she enjoys doing then you all are making her day! I had been gone for a while because I saw so much tragedy in the past few months. Life is to precious to waste arguing with people who just wants to argue. Might I suggest when someone posts something you don't like and it infuriates you to no end, step away from your Pc/laptop and hug your babies. If you don't have children go and play with your pets. Go make soup for someone who is sick, call an old friend you haven't heard from in a while. Heck, take a walk around the neighborhood. What I am trying to say is that life is too short for bickering. You probably will never meet these people. Enjoy your family, friends and LIVE life to the fullest. To sum it up something I learned in kindergarten say it with me please, " Sticks and Stones may Break My Bones But Names Will Never Harm Me".
  14. I will tell you from experience I have slowed down with all of the eating out. I used to eat out with friends every Friday. I do not know what my band will allow from day to day. The first 6 months I could not eat rice(which I absolutely love) now that rice is not a big problem bread is now DEADLY:duh: the first 6 months bread was a breeze. I have had an "episode' where I could not move or talk until whatever I ate went down or PB'd itself back up. Just use caution. Start with a soup as an appetizer when you get to the stage of regular foods. Not only will the warmth open you up a bit and relax your band, PB episodes will be lest likely considering you chew, chew, chew. Hope this helps.
