Congrats!!! When I think I am losing slowly I think how much would have I put on by now without the band, it always makes me feel better. I think 53lbs is awesome!!! WTG!!

    thats a pound a week ..great I bet you have not ben able to do that in the past.Good one keep going at a pound a week you will get to your goal befor you know it.
