  1. CONGRATULATIONS on landing your dream job. Your success is OUR success
  2. Mmmm. I love me some VERY soft broccoli laden with butter. After my last fill I made peace with not being able to eat my ALL TIME FAVORITE (steak), and I'm actually ok with that because I know it's not forever; however, I'm still able to eat juicy, fatty bacon. Thank God (LoL) A LowCarb diet actually improves all aspects of my life.... Including sleeping. As far as losing, I've lost nine pounds in two weeks.
  3. Try to overcome your craving.... The pain is not worth it.
  4. I like the way you think, BANDista!
  5. You SHOULD go! There's an area where clothing is NOT optional, although most of the beach is "clothing optional". You can certainly stay on the clothed side. The beach/water/waves are AMAY-ZING!
  6. A pound of FAT equals A pound of muscle I wish ppl would quit saying muscle weighs more than fat... Or at least explain it better. LoL
  7. Mmmmmmmm!!! Thank you!! I have basa on hand so I'll replace the tilapia (for now)
  8. That's so much more than I'm having.
  9. Beautiful video and even more BEAUTIFUL outcome!! Thanks for sharing this with us.... The only thing that would hold me back from reconstructive surgeries would be the scars. Gggrrrrr!!
  10. I'm humbled to know I put a smile on anyone's face. Thank you for reading my posts!!! Don't even remind me of STEAK! I'm really sure I won't be able to have any after my last fill, but it's ok, I can live with that (for now). Last Summer, about a month and a half after surgery- you know, that time when you have lost more than ten pounds and have this sudden burst of confidence and you think you can do EVERYTHING you couldn't do before (including wearing a bathing suit) yeah, during that time I threw myself down a slide at the water park and made a damn fool of myself..... Mostly because I don't know how to swim. Apparently, I can't even find my footing in a 3ft pool at the end of a slide either. LoL. It's a great feeling having that "1" in front.... You'll get there!! LONG LIVE NSVs!!!!!!!
  11. Let me know if you try it.
  12. gowalking, it's on Sandy Hook, on the northern part of the shore. I'm planning to be there. Thanks. WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT?!!!! I PROMISE to only go topless, not totally nude... I don't wanna be responsible for suicide.
  13. I'm plannig on getting a nice tan MINUS the tan lines this year with a couple of visits to the nude beach in NJ. Anyone else???
  14. It was a cloudy but BEAUTIFUL day in NYC today. The windy conditions made it THAT much better... But the icing on the cake was when I slid down the slide at the playground, and did not get stuck, instead, I slid pretty quickly! Thank you, BANDid life!!
  15. My dinner... broth with chunks of cream cheese. Got my fat intake for the day!
  16. Madam R... Pucker up, please... (((*KISS*))) Mmmm, I taste her cherry Chapstick.
  17. Thats exactly what I went with!!!
  18. Oh, nooooo, Leena!! Speedy recovery.
  19. It's jut like chicken broth but with pork ribs. I stir fry the meat while at the same time boiling water in a separate pot. Then, I add the boiling water to the mean and let it simmer/boil for about an hour. It's much more filling and better tasting than broth from a can
  20. Making my ribs broth in preparation for my fill tomorrow. I get the broth, the dog gets the ribs. #WinWin
  21. Thank you all. I couldn't go today so maybe tomorrow. Hey, catfish, with the pretty eyes and mesmerizing smile, my current sneakers were from a running store... But I didn't go on the treadmill.
  22. I went to the gym last week but I couldn't go back the next day because my old sneakers scrapped my pads..... Can y'all recommend a GOOD walking/running sneaker....? I'm going shopping for a pair today.
  23. I think this is the best advice. I guess I'm cut from a different cloth than most people. I would just keep on keeping on and move on. If nothing else has changed in the relationship, I wouldn't rock the boat (but that's just me) I think eventually, true friends WILL talk about it.... But wait till after she weds.
