  1. I picked 160. It technically still overweight but I can't picture myself there so I figured that would be a great long term goal. In some senses I think I will look anorexic at 160 but that's a total Loss of 83 pounds and 35 pound lighter than I've ever been able to get myself even on appetite suppressants (I bounced between 193-197 for 8 months while on phentermine until my body grew immune)
  2. I have my first fill on the 12th and I'm more nervous about that then I was the surgery. Honestly it the part of getting up and walking to a X-ray machine with a needle in my that terrifies me((I'm terrified of needles! When I was younger I use to get dizzy when I saw them so I stopped looking at them-this one I can't ignore though)
  3. Awesome bday gift to yourself
  4. Congrats and I can't wait!
  5. See if it will go down on its own within a few minutes. Sorry Hun hope it gets better
  6. I did not do this this month since I was banded on the 7th but if y'all do it next month I want too I started preop at 243 and as of this morning I was at 209ish(technically 208-208.5 but I always weight first thing in the morning after I use the bathroom)
  7. Maybe too big of sips?
  8. My insurance won't cover any but I already know ill be saving up for them once I finish paying back the loan for the band itself

  17. Who is your doctor now? I'm sure it's in here somewhere but I'm driving and didn't want to search lol. Congrats and good luck!! The first few day after surgery are the worst-as far as pre op I didn't have much trouble till day 9-10 (other than I messed day 1 up not thinking about it)
