  6. Congratulations!!! Keep up the great work.
  7. I would more than likely still be morbidly obese probably bigger than I was before surgery which was 231 my highest weight ever was 242. I probably would have exceeded that by know and would be struggling with hbp and diabetes which I never had and thankfully never will.
  8. Being in the green zone for me means eating only when hungry. Eating 2-3 meals a day no snacks. Sometimes I can't even eat a full meal just my meat and then I'll eat my veggies later. Everyday is different.
  9. Yep, no harm done. Keep on that bandwagon Hopefully they will give you a fill in the near future. Good luck
  10. Congratulations and continued success.
  11. Great progress, keep up the good work.
  12. I didn't imagine getting lower than my goal I just wanted to get to my goal. Surprisingly I'm 10 lbs below my goal and I'm very happy.
  13. Sorry but I disagree. I was advised to not drink while eating but there was no way in Hades that would work. If anything you stay satiated longer rather than sooner. I drink before, during, in-between, and after all my meals. I always did. No problems and loving life.
  14. By measuring my food and portion sizes.
  15. I just looked at your stats and unfortunately I can't personally give any advice as I'm not sure about all of your background information in regards to how much weight you have lost or not since your surgery in 2007. But to answer your question, no I have not thought about nor do I plan to have my band removed. It is the best thing that I could have ever done for myself. Hope things work out for you. Best wishes
  16. Amazing transformation, congratulations.
  17. It happens all throughout the journey. Your body has to get used to the different weight changes. You will start losing again. Make sure you keep up with your caloric consumption. That helps a lot. Best wishes to you.
  18. Sorry to hear that Glorig4. Best wishes is all I can offer you.
  19. 2MuchFun hit it on the nail. It does sound like you could use a small fill though. Continued success.
