  7. Are you on My Fitness Pal? There are quite a few bandsters that track their food so maybe you can get an idea of daily meals. I track everything I eat- feel free to add me. Txin1
  8. I've seem some ladies wear two, but I can't imagine that would be comfortable. One is bad enough!
  9. On that note.....I'm off to the treadmill! Thanks for sharing!
  10. Not yet, but please let us know if you find one!
  11. I think it's totally normal. You've come this far, don't look back. The night before my surgery, I had a complete meltdown- sat my kids down and told them what to do in case I died and showed them where I keep all my important papers. They had a good laugh, but it made me feel better. Hang in there!
  12. I weigh every weekday morning at the same time (5:35am to be exact), butt naked before I hit the shower. Just be consistent with the scales you use- mine at work makes me weigh 2 pounds more than my home scales. And I love the Weight Watchers string cheese too.
  13. Just be sure to weigh yourself around the same time of the day since you do fluctuate during the day. Best wishes.
  14. It does get better. I promise! Hang in there.
  15. I've been hearing a lot about PB2. Has anyone tried it?

  17. You might have to stop tracking exercise and just enter it in the notes instead.
  18. It sounds like it probably passed. Being in the car when that happens is the worst!
  19. Just what I needed to read this morning. Thank you!!
  20. My surgeon told me they can always tell by the size of your liver?? I don't think a piece of cheese will hurt anything, but it is important to be compliant so you can be successful. Best wishes!
  21. This may sound a little strange, but they make these anti-nausea bracelets that work really well. The hospital put one on me post-op and I swear it worked. They are called Sea-Bands and I know CVS has them. Also, peppermint oil works great. Good luck!
