  1. 8.5cc's in my 14cc band and I do have restriction
  2. I thought maybe you ran into Catfish along the way!
  3. Hmmm........I'm guessing you will get a lot of responses on this one!
  4. I have a feeling that your levels will improve with weight loss and exercise. You could always try Fish Oil, which is over-the-counter and comes in a mini capsule now. Are you taking an iron supplement?
  5. I'm not in Savannah, but I absolutely love your city and Tybee! What a great place to live.
  6. Could you please post this daily for us ladies?? Or something similar?
  7. First of all, (((HUGS))). How about a local Over Eaters Anonymous group or a band buddy? Do you log your food? I found that to be very helpful in holding myself accountable for everything I put in my mouth. I also take my logs to my appointments for their input/suggestions. I think you've taken the first and probably most important step by going to counseling. Best wishes to you.
  8. Congrats on your surgery!
  9. Chicken and broccoli are two foods that are really hard for me to get down. Good luck to you!
  10. I just take the Women's One-a-Day mini vitamin and it goes down fine.
  11. Just heard that the Weight Loss Center I go to is offering the sleeve surgery for $7,500! If only they were offering that 3 months ago!
  12. Sounds like you might be having a little bit of the "last supper" syndrome. I don't think you'd be able to eat like that with the band, but it is important to be mentally prepared. Are you doing the pre-op diet soon?
  13. Greek yogurt with granola and string cheese are my go-to snacks almost everyday at work. For lunch I almost always have Progresso Light soup or Weight Watchers Smart Ones or salad. I would be a cheap date!
  14. Are you drinking plenty of water?
  15. I just have to get away from the kitchen and I'm usually fine.
  16. Thanks for taking the pressure off me CG! I owe you.
  17. Interesting topic.....any takers?
  18. Don't be nervous, they are there to help you. Just be honest with your answers and you'll be fine. I found mine to be very basic. Seems that they just want to make sure you have a good support system and things like that. Relax.
  19. I wish I hadn't told my co-workers because they are always asking me how much I've lost? That really annoys me, especially since I am slow losing.
