This is me today! haha
I'm so anxious that I'm eating more than I should. We just had a luncheon at work and I had 2 turkey sandwiches, pasta salad, potato salad and 2 little desserts, all because I'm anxious for the surgery. I stop when I feel full, but I guess my current tummy needs a lot to get that sensation. That's my fear, what if I'm able to screw like this with my band-on?
I was taking fluoxetine, just a little doze for anxiety for the last 5 months, but my doctor told me to stopped last month, pre-surgery. And I don't think the medication helped much.
