Shame on that Dr. She may be coming up with a great plan to keep your daughter active and healthy but at the same time she is telling your 16yr old that your Lapband will Fail and you will pick up all of the bad things you stopped eating & that's a No-Go. Block The Negative!! You did an awesome job standing up for yourself and other bandesters!!

  10. No on having bells palsy but there are a few of us who have the Neuro disease MS! I have no facial mucsle or nerve weakness but I have those symptoms hands, legs and feet! Wishing you Blessings & enjoy your walk
  11. This is normal for my Dr and when I cheated I paid for it.. wasn't worth it so now I stick to fill rules!
  12. I agree with adding a little protein powder to your morning coffee and I eat the occasional protein bars or a hard boiled egg. I am not the breakfast eater also

  20. I agree with making sure you have on some good walking shoes. I used to get shin splints in my volleyball days and they are painful, I believe they make compression socks for athletes now to help with that problem. Do you strech before and after even if its a short walk?? Soaking in a warm bath helps me with soreness also... Good luck with your upcoming band surgery!

  22. Everyone is right my 2nd fill was too tight.. Anytime your on liquids and you can't swallow the liguids your too tight!!
