That's great to know just ordered those unjury shakes yesterday and they are a little pricey so I am glad to hear they will be worth the money!

I had my pre-op 2 days ago and I asked so many questions that I forgot to discuss with my surgeon anything about a healthy weight or how much I want to weigh in the future?? Did everyone pick their owm goal weights or did you and your surgeon choose your weight loss goals?

I can't remember all of the March dates, does anyone else have a March 4th date or am I a loaner??

Does anyone not have a pre-op diet besides me? I'm worried that I won't lose that much weight if I don't do one or maybe I should do a really intense workout regimen for the next 2 1/2 weeks??

oh no I had my Feb date cancelled after my insurance made me do another visit with my Nutritionist. If they approve me by next week the Dr can perform March 4th. Any day works for me I have waited this long.. I will stay in touch with this group for sure!! Happy Valentine's Day All...♥♥

This is a Trial & Test and I would say just pray and focus on how much you have accomplished 100+lbs and where you came from. Give yourself some "you" time and everything else will work itself out in time!

Wow glad that you weren't in any pain kinda scary to have no clue but thank God its gone! My Mom had one removed from what I know pregnancy and or delivery can cause those as well as many other things! Wishing you a well recovery!

Figured out my insurance delay.. I will have to have 1 more (5th Vst) with the Nutritionist since she had a vacation planned she felt that it would be ok to see me 9 days sooner on our last monthly visit.. (So not the case according to insurance!!) and to top this she is still out of the office until Monday 02/11 looking a lot like March to me unless some miracle happens!! I have come along way what's another month?? Still wishing everyone who has a Feb13 date the best will keep in touch!
