  4. Mine started coming out around 2 months. It was really bad for about 2-3 months. It's still coming out, but has slowed way down...finally. I will be 6 months on Sunday July 28th. I have been reaching my protein goal since early on, taking biotin and all my vitamins and still doing a daily shake.....it still came out, still is but like I said it has slowed way down. Thank god I had a head full of thick hair. I did cut off because the shedding was driving me nuts!

  10. I either buy the 100 calorie pack almonds or the 100 cal almond walnut mix. I bought a large bag of walnuts took them home weighed and bag them in snack size bags. One of my Snacks a light cheese stick and almonds or walnuts. But I defiantly could over eat if I didn't plan ahead. Sent from my iPhone using VST

  18. I had a very small brownie and a big chocolate chip cookie yesterday over a 3 hour period. Today I suffered from cramping in my lower stomach....that's what I figure caused it. Won't be doing that again anytime soon. Hope you are feeling better. It's all a learning process. Sent from my iPhone using VST
