Finally excited!
You sound so upbeat and good. Glad you are loving your sleeve. I was sleeved on Jan 28, 2013 and I also feel great and love my sleeve. Soft foods that I love are small curd 2% cottage cheese with a little black pepper. Taco bell refried beans 2% cheese. I measure 1/2 cup at a time. They sell the taco bell refried beans by the can at wal mart! also the oscar myer deli sliced rotisserie flavored chicken with a laughing cow cream cheese. Sounds like you got it all under control! Good luck

- Introducing myself, looking for friends, advice & info...
Pixie Dust, I am 51yrs old and will be 52 in April. I had my surgery Jan 28th 2013. Best desicion I have ever made. I wasn't scared of the surgery I was scared of the after surgery nausea/vomiting. That worried me the most. I had none other than 2 X's in the hospital. I have had no issues. I was off work for 13 days. I have a desk job. I am loving my sleeve. At 6wks my BMI dropped out of the morbid obese range! Good luck, I hope you get to do this asap! Nice to meet you!- 229lbs today that 59 lbs down in 16wks :)
I am 6wks post op and weighed in at 229 today. My BMI is no longer morbid obese as of today!!!! I am loving my sleeve!- January 2013 Sleevers?

Awesome Job on 100 lbs !!!! Rock that Sleeve!!!!- APPROVED!
congrats!!! You will be fine and do great!- Problem Foods?
I am on soft foods and not really having a problem. While on puree I tried some smoked chicken breast pureed with bbq sauce. I was able to eat it, then it set like a brick in my stomach. I didn't get sick, but I sure didn't like the heavy feeling. Tonight I went out to eat with my husband. We had mexican. I ordered a chicken enchillada with the sour cream sauce on the side. When it came out I scraped the salad off the plate. I scraped the chicken out of the corn tortilla and poured a little sour cream sauce over the chicken. I ate small bites with a spoon. It tasted awesome and I had no problem. I might of had an ounce of chicken, very little cheese and sauce. Good luck. I haven't had any issues. I normally measure a 1/2 cup food and most of the time I can eat all of that and then I am done.- 9 1/2 month and 184 lbs gone forever...
