Hey everyone!!! I'm new to any type of forums and was told by a friend that it would be nice to join one to talk to those who have also made the awesome decision to sleeve-it-out!! I had my surgery 2/5/13 and I have just been release to do soft foods!!! It's still a learning process for me and I hope you guys can offer me some additional insight!!! I feel awesome and I look even better, this is one of the best decisions I have ever made!!

Welcome Kishi! Sounds like you are doing great! There is so much great info on this site and great support. I just got my date today for 4/10 and I'm super excited!

You sound so upbeat and good. Glad you are loving your sleeve. I was sleeved on Jan 28, 2013 and I also feel great and love my sleeve. Soft foods that I love are small curd 2% cottage cheese with a little black pepper. Taco bell refried beans 2% cheese. I measure 1/2 cup at a time. They sell the taco bell refried beans by the can at wal mart!

also the oscar myer deli sliced rotisserie flavored chicken with a laughing cow cream cheese. Sounds like you got it all under control! Good luck

Congrats, yes I love this forum everyone is so helpful and incouraging, I was sleeved on 12/27/12 and love it,
