Congratulations

Thank you!!!

Welcome! I'm also 3 days on the other side. Having water, broth n today hope to start some protein shakes.

Had my sleeve on march 18 - getting lots if fluids in 34 oz yesterday just sipping. I was able to drink (4) 3 tablespoon shakes yesterday. Will be working on all 6 today. Getting my walking in and finally feeling like I'm in the land of the living again. First few day was the worse I took no pain killer after 2 pm on the day of surgery. Nausea was too bad with painkillers and pain was tolerable. I had 6 incisions and just can't wait for them to heal so I can do something besides sit around!
