Before and 2 1/2 month post op pics

      there is a definite difference! Did you take pics from different angles. I couldn't really see a difference between my pre op and one month pics until I looked at the one from me behind. I guess th

      Yes, you can definitely tell! Besides, slower is better typically! But you are doing great! Keep it up! I get sleeved next month. Any personal tips you can offer?

    Thank you! I needed some encourageemnt. I forgot to say that im down from 244 to 206 today, and have gone from a size 22 to a 18.
